the best thing you could do is to clean up the place. it was growing fungus in our room, that wasn't so nice.

I was expecting just a bit more of cleanliness but after all you get what you pay for. I would never recommend this hostel to anyone - unless you want to stay in very low budget hostel and you dont mind too much about whether you will sleep in a comfy and clean place or in a very thin and old mattress. the location is quite handy because it's just in front of kensal green tube station,but it'll take you a good half hour/20 min to get to central london!

We will for sure choose it again. It is good value for money. Rooms are simple but perfectly clean. Tube station couldn't be closer from the hostel and is on a good line to reach the centre (20'). Staff is great. We've got our car taken to the pound and the staff immediately helped us intill we got all information to get the car back - service has exceeded our expectations and it is the reason I'd like to share my experience we others.

staff: nice and polite roommates: I was in a mix dorm, the guys were very well mannered. cleanliness: the hostel is not a new building and the bathrooms are "not very clean", but if you use slippers when you get a shower I guess it's ok. BTW the picture on hostelworld website is a total joke overall I would recommand this hostel cause it's cheap and the location is ok

i recommend to have internal locks for the shared room guests so as they will keep their small bag may be pyjamma or some other important thing. you should have more current information about the hostel cafeteria bars and other facilities. otherwise it was fantastic and nice time. i recommend people to stay in this hostel because they will get the value of their money. regards

room disgusting with 5 greezy Italian guys and a girl (chav). pubic hairs in the sink and on the floor. floor was also covered with dirty knickers and empty bottles. Evening time: they confess they took my 6pack bottles coz they were smoking hash in the room. night time: 5.40am: I was asleep suddenly those morons are back, turn light on, scream,shout, start to actively wake me up. I m about to get the bus and report 639 to the cops but the staff prefers to put me in another room (private one!!!)

nice staff, nice roommates but poor cleanliness

The room was clean, the sheets, blankets, in-room shower were clean. It was quiet (in the winter), warm and comfortable. The internet connection cost extra but worked well. The staff was friendly and helpful. However, the mattresses felt as if they were stuffed with rocks and the bathroom was far down the hall and it did not smell pleasant. Still, it was located right by the Underground station and we had a very pleasant two night stay. I would come back here again.

not that bad.. the price worth. location is about 15 minutes from the city center by underground.

good location as its opposite a tube station.. staff weren't overly attentive or friendly.. a pretty poor atmosphere.. a little awkward having just a shower stall in the room, with no light or place to put anything, so you have to open up the door to grab your things so its more comfortable to shower when no ones in the room.. nice cheap price though so you cant ask for too much i guess.

After few stay here, I'm always happy for the money i paid, the staff is nice and helpfull the room is clean many facilities I apreciated that and the very close tube station

No refund for night that I wasn't going to spend there, more people in the room than advertised (they let 2 people stay in one bed), very small shower inside the bedroom, dirty and doesn't transmit a safety feeling. Maybe my bad review was also fault of the ones that I shared the bedroom with, but I would definitely not go there again.

shower is located in the room, only 1 shower per room and its just a cubicle in the corner which means no privacy and that as soon as someone decides to wash, no sleep.staff are extremly poor, no people skills at all. definitely wouldnt recomend.

My staying in the hostel was very nice but the whether wasn't, it's been raining all the time. There are always animations like poker, karaoke, or wii tournament which were really good! If I had to come back in London, I would choose this hostel!

I went in many hostels, but this one was the best one! The price is really cheap, and very good location, because that's not far away from the center!

The problem is that leaving too early, leaving ten o'clock. hostel is clean but old.
