Hostel 64 Osaka is located in the trendy Nishi-ku district, five minutes' walk from three metro stations serving three lines going all across the city. This stylish, clean, boutique hostel features tatami-style private rooms as well as privacy screens between each dorm bed. There's no bunk beds. They also have a bar, laundry facilities, massage chairs and bike rental. We like their rooftop terrace, perfect for relaxing or doing yoga.

Being renovated from a building built in 1964, it is a hybrid of modern and retro styles.
Feel at home in the chill-out atmosphere and enjoy meeting and talking with your new friends.
Located in the most hip area Nishi-ward in the city, where independent shops and restaurants stand side by side, more and more galleries and alternative spaces open recently and a nice park nearby, you can easily stay like a local insider.

We offer some great extras, such as our souvenirs and goods with our original designs on them. There's also a fine choice of books in the lobby.

There's many fashionable cafes and galleries in the neighbouring Shinsaibashi and Horie, within five to ten minutes' walk. The one local place I recommend guests visit is Utsubo Park, which is crowded with joggers and walkers. It's just eight minutes' walk from here.
For fun around our hostel, our guests usually spend their time in our shared spaces, like the lobby, bar lounge and the rooftop. Most of our guests are aged 20 to 40 and although we have no elevator in the hostel we do cater to people with special needs or disabilities.- Ryosuke Tabata, Manager
