The staff here are absolutely fantastic, so nice and welcoming and willing to help you. Very friendly. The hostel is within easy walking distance of both the bus terminal and the centre of town. Getting a clean towel was a great bonus! The only issue can be other guests staying up all night in the common areas which a few of the rooms face onto.

a nice hostel close to the centre, a lot of common rooms/areas and a good vibe.. Good breakfast, served early when you have an early start, very convenient.

Very helpful and friendly staff, great atmosphere for meeting different people. Good quality wifi. Very clean bedrooms and bathrooms. Loved being there. Had planned to stay 2 nights but ended up staying 3.

Fun hostel, helpful staff that put on solid activities and hung out - free drinks, food, etc. A solid place with a fun crowd. A plus was actual good fruit for breakfast - not something I´ve had in a lot of places in South America. Would definitely stay again.

The best thing about this hostel was the staff. I didn´t speak much Spanish, but they were really accommodating and helpful with booking buses etc. Rooms and bathrooms were clean, lockers provided, and about 5-10 mins walk from town centre.

The hostel staff is nice and normally it´s not a problem to stay one night longer spontaneasly. There is a garden and a tent lounge where you can watch movies. The breakfast is also good, but they have problems with the toiletts and the hostel is not that close to the city centre.

I only stayed for one night and wished I had stayed for more. Not long enough to make a fair assessment, but seemed very good.

There are only 2 bathrooms for a lot of people and smoking is allowed in the common areas. But staff were great.

Owner Comment (Show)
Hello, you're right, we were repairing the other baths, because we attended other reviews. Thank you very much for helping us improve. True, sometimes the kids smoking in common areas. Prohibition signs but we are human and occasionally we miss something, sorry

Ha sido un placer conocer vuestro hostel y estad seguros que lo he recomendado a la gente que me he ido cruzando e iban a Salta. Y en España seguiré haciéndolo. Un saludo. Alberto.

The hostel was great, very clean and had a friendly atmosphere. The location was really convenient, very close to the centre of town with restaurants and supermarkets and also in easy walking distance of the bus station. The staff is really friendly and helpful. I really recommend 7 duendes.

Vying to be the friendliest staff ever seen. They seemed very keen on making the hostel your home away from home. Hostel had character and a chilled vibe. On the downside the showers were pretty bad and as always it bugs me a bit when there is no hand soap in the bathrooms. It was a bit of a quiet hostel, so if ur looking for a party u might want to look another place, but definitely a good place to chill and meet fellow backpackers.

The staff here are extremely helpful. It is only a 10 minute walk from the main square and a 2 minute walk to a nice park. This was a very friendly and sociable hostel.

Extremely well located - an easy walk from the bus station and close to the town centre. The staff here work hard to keep everyone happy in this busy hostel and the cleaning lady is in twice a day to do a thorough job with a cheerful smile. There is a large, sociable kitchen, where stories of the road are exchanged, with patio outside. On the downside, the dorms can be a bit noisy at night, and the pleasant TV room is not so good for non-smokers. Also the rooms are dark.
