The hostel's accommodations were pretty good when considering cheap price. However, distance to Firenze S.M.N. was quite long, which made us tired.

Worst stay ever .. Heater wasn't working on first day .. Went to check with the staff who told us that it will only work from 7.30pm onwards .. However after we got back after e time it still wasn't working ! Had to sleep with 4 layers of clothings in the night ! The second day we told the staff about the heaters again and she told us that they have send techinicians to check on the heater but left (what?) we were puzzled , freezing and the next morning decided to check out a day earlier

The hostel is massive, 3 floors of each having 20 rooms minimum, every thing else is ok, the staff are very nice too, except because they take in large groups,, the 2 nights i stayed there there were dozens local tour groups of freaking punks of their 20s, screaming loud to 2am in the morning, I ended up having to move because of these damn little sons of bitchs!

Generally, good. But could improve in some points: - The bathroom door doesn't have a lock; - The locker in the room is paid; - Only a few people who work there speak english; -The heater on the room wasn't very potent; Still, for the price, it was well worth it.

You get what you pay for. Nothing special and a little far from the central area but easily accessible by public transportation.

We only spent one night at this hostel because they told credit cards were accepted via email but when we arrived we were told cash only. The hostel was quiet but seemed nice. It is located very close to the Santa Maria train station and about 20 minutes by bus to the main Florence attractions.

You get what you pay for. A little outside the city, but not a terrible walk (bring a map). Functional and clean, but not overly impressive.

The hostel is really simple but tidy and clean. Is not in the center of florence but well connected anyway by bus and train (campo di marte is really close by)

It's hard to argue with the price of this hostel - one of the cheapest we had in Europe, in one of the most expensive cities. This hostel is HUGE. Since it's so big, it loses some of its character. The rooms and beds are pretty standard, but there weren't any lockers for luggage. The bathrooms were a little odd - each stall had a motion-activated light, but the sensors either weren't very sensitive or the bulbs were burnt out. I also would have liked some services for self-catering.

Very nice staff, even if sometimes you have to ask two different people before you get a correct answer. There had been a change of the owner and I hope that now there will be done something for the house. Until now they have sometimes drips from the floor ceiling and not working lamps, showers, window shutters,... Apart from this, the bathroom is quite clean (cleaning every day) you get bed linen and also breakfast if you like.

An excellent, clean hostel with friendly, accommodating staff. Location is not ideal, and the neighborhood can be sketch at night.

The spirit at this place is very special , I liked it since the moment I got there, you are having a garden , you can enjoy your time, day and night , and the staff are nice and friendly. Breakfast is considered to be kind of lacking "salty " stuff like cheese , but good coffee is good , you are payng 4 Euros "optional" for this breakfast , so it is upto you

My friend and I really enjoyed 7 Santi. Although the location is far away from the center of Florence, we really enjoyed being able to walk into the city and see how it gradually came more and more lively. At night this is not as desirable, because little is open around the area. The cleanliness was overall good, it was wonderful to have linens and towels for free. However the drain for the shower in our room was stopped up so anytime someone showered the bathroom flooded. Great buffet!

the hostel was a little out of the way from the main area, but everything else made up for it. The DJ at night was fun to have and dinner was good. It was easy to meet new people and mingle.
