Staff were very helpful and friendly, fair price, a little bit outside the city center but only about 30 minute walk. Shame wasn't a kitchen but have good deals on breakfast/dinner. Enjoyable stay!

It's a nice and quiet hostel a bit far from the city center (but Florence is small so we walked downtown everyday without taking the bus anyway) we booked a private room and it was confortable and with a nice view to the church that's next to it. Dinner buffet wasn't great but it was good enough. I would recommend.

Really enjoyed my stay at 7 Santi. The staff are very, very friendly, the breakfasts & dinners are great value (& include vegetarian options) & the dining/lounge is where you get to meet other travelers. I was in a dorm room with plenty of space & lockers for all (bring your own padlock). Only tiny downside is the location as it is a bus ride from the centre of town (10 mins from San Marco); upside is you get to see more of Florence on the way plus the locals doing their thing.

By far the best staff we've ever met. The buffet was extremely good and really cheap. Always nice and tidy, one of the best hostels we've been into.

The room was kind of cold but other than that it was amazing! We were upgraded from a 4-person mixed dorm style with a shared bathroom to a 2-person private ensure free of charge and the staff was so amazingly friendly and helpful! Would definitely stay here again if we were to come back to Florence!

Excelent hostel! Is located in the back of an ancient church so it look very old but the rooms were remodeled you can see it in the bathrooms that looks pretty new. The hostel is not close to the city center but you can take any of the 3 buses that leaves you there, and is 10 minutes walking from campo di marte train station. Facilities are clean & spacious, they have elevator, no free breakfast but they have cheap and delicious buffetes. Would come back again!

The bathrooms were very nice and clean. If you're walking to the city center, it's a bit long, but not too bad if you take the bus.

Location is a bit outside the center, but it's a nice area and the bus stop is right outside the hostel. Cleanliness is top notch and the breakfast/dinner buffets are decent values if you don't feel like venturing out. No common room though and the bar is only open seasonally which makes the place feel more like a hotel instead of a hostel.

Nice place to stay with a lot of extras (breakfast, dinner,)

Good place to stay, the only thing that I didn't like much was of how far it was from the downtown but it was not too far, the staff was nice.

Amazing Place!

Good hostel, the main problem was the ancient lift. Best breakfast and dinner I've ever it in a hostel, and for low prices.

I had a really great stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone. Comfortable. Very clean. Spacious. Great location- more of a quiet neighborhood and easy bus ride to the center of the city. Great breakfast (definitely worth 4€!). Really friendly and helpful staff. Though there was one woman at the front desk who wasn't very friendly to me and other guests, so that's why my staff review is lower.

We arrived at the hostel with a booking in the bedroom dorm. Then the helpfull and smiling lady at the reception told us that they had a twin room for offer for the same price. We greatly appreciated this hospitality and kindness.

Great! Wifi was a bit slow, but we got bumped up to a double room from a 4 bed dorm, which was nice. Breakfast and dinner available if you want as well.

More of a hotel than a hostel, Hostel 7 Santi lacked the personal touch I find at a lot of Hostels. But you can't beat the price and the staff were nice if not exactly chatty. Pretty far from the city center, but easily accessible by bus. No soap in the bathrooms, but they were clean and not crowded.

The staff were very nice and extremely helpful. We were lucky enough to get a free upgrade to a twin private! Location wasnt very central but there was a bus stop nearby. The rooms were good value for money overall and very clean.

7 Santi had friendly vibes with lots of families staying there and a nightly dinner you could pay for. The room was clean and came with an ensuite, towels, and lockers for everyone. The wifi was great. It's right next to the stadium- so good if you're a sports fan, but is a bit of a walk or a short bus ride away from the center. All in all was good value for the money.

Clean hostel with a good breakfast selection. Be warned: it's quite far out from the city center (but if you don't mind catching a bus in then no problem). Also doesn't provide soap in any of the bathrooms...

Wow!! Thia place was great!! It's a little bit far from the city but stop bus very near!! Very clean place!! The good thing is that there is only two beds for room which is very nice more privacy!! The guy in charge very friendly and very helpful!! Definally it's worth it!!
