The staff was very friendly and helpful, we got an extended upgrade, the view from the room was great and the breakfast amazing! The hostel is a bit a bit away from the center but it's a mere 20 minutes walk, not really a problem. 10/10 would do it again

could not have been more helpful. I locked the keys of my padlock inside my case and by magic they phoned for someone with bolt cutters who came and snapped it open - how's that for service and all the lady accepted was a hug. Thankyou so much for a lovely stay x

Hostel is located a little bit from the city centre. The staff is very helpful. And breakfast was delicious :) I enjoyed staying there very much.

This hostel was nice, really clean, and has great food. Dinner is definitely worth it, some of the best Italian food I had while in Italy. Common rooms aren't much, so if you want to meet people it can be hard. Location isn't optimal, but not terribly inconvenient either, just either have a 20 min walk or a bus ride to get into the main part of the city. Overall, very nice and quiet hostel.

Location is abit off from the city centre but nevertheless we had a very good stay while in florence. The staff were very nice to us and even gave an upgrade. Big ups to 7santi hostel. Good value too

Not a bad place to stay if you're looking to save money. Close to Campo di Marte train station and from there you can easily go to S.M.N train station( Close to the center).

The hostel has very good breakfast and you can eat dinner for 7 euros whichis very cheap in this city. there is a bus stop nearby the hostel and it´s a good option to use the bus as the center city is 30 min walking

It's a great hostel!!!! If You like to walk a little bit more than just in the city center that's a place for You. While walking You can see the beauty of the calm Florence, small streets, and the normal life of Florentians:)

Hostel 7 Santi was in a great location, very close to a bus stop into the center of Florence. While the staff weren't at the front desk when I had questions, the atmosphere was nice and the other travelers were very friendly. The place was kept very neat and I had every amenity I needed in a pretty comfortable room.

The location kind of sucks. If I had known before ı would have stayed elsewhere.

The hostel is nice but you need to put more sockets in the bedrooms

I really liked the wifi signal! It reached every part of the hostel! And for being a hostel.. You guys are amazing! 👍🏻👍🏻

Cheap breakfast and dinner, nice shower block on first floor (wet floors from leaky showers though) pity there is no access to the sunny olive grove outside. Right next door to a supermarket. Beds comfortable. Average social spaces. Overall we enjoyed our stay :)

Good hostel. Only a short bus ride away from the city center and most of the things in the city. They a good breakfast spread for 4 euro.

Great hostel. Awesome breakfast in the morning, and a decent simple dinner. Location is the downside here, it is a solid half hour walk into downtown Florence. Otherwise the showers, bathrooms and rooms were very clean! ''

Bit of a hike from the city centre. Wifi available throughout. Bathrooms are new but smelt terrible. Cheap all you can eat dinner and breakfast is a positive. Little to no atmosphere.

Really good hostel, close to supermarket and even bus stop. It was possible to reach the city centre walking easily. Meals were a little bit expensive (4€ breakfast and 7€ dinner), but totally worth it.

Walking to town is faster than taking the bus. It's about 25 minutes. And interesting.

Excellent hostel located in a quiet area, buses are running frequendly to the train station. Staff vers friendly, excellent breakfast, they also serve excellent dîners. I recommend this hostel to anyone willing to stay in Florence.

bed was squeaky. thats really my only complaint
