NIce place! I woulld go back there if I go to Florence again :)
Even though the hostel is located near the bus stop, it isn't as practical and easy as it seems, and during summer walking to the center would be an epic deed. It is also quite a big hostel, and there is only one common area, which is outside, and doesn't provide the best atmosphere for meeting people. Breakfast and dinner are expensive and below average.
Generally pretty clean and nice hostel, has a great garden, the building is really cool and historic as well. Bathrooms attached to the rooms were a plus. Only complaint would be that 2 of the computers were broken while I was there.
Good value, and the staff were birlliant. Had extremely bad mosquito bites and was leant spray and a machine to deter them, just leant by the staff. Brilliant. Close to station but far from the old town. Good value for the price paid.
The room was very spacious but the bathroom was cramped and neither had a lot of ventilation. The staff was friendly and spoke English well. The location was pretty far from the city center, but the buses run until about midnight or so. Make sure to bring your own lock.
A proper hostel. Everything was good about this facility. Had a great time.
Great hostel. Only negative for me was that there was no kitchen. However, they supply a toaster/microwave/kettle/plastic cutlery/fridge/freeze so you can still bring in some of your own food. They also offer a buffet breakfast (5Euro) and a buffet dinner (9Euro) which I had once each and was great! Clean and tidy. Staff answered all my questions and were welcoming. Overall, excellent! Thank team!
The staff are very very helpful! The location isn't the best but it is very close to buses so it is easy to get around. The dorms where okay nothing special. I would stay here again.
I was super appreciative of their ability to speak English, in Oder to help me transition into Italian culture. They room I had was fine, I just got so many bug/spider bites during my stay. I don't know if it was because of the cleanliness of the place (it seemed really well kept) but every day I woke up, I had 5 more than the day before. However, it was nice they offered food, spoke English, and were overall very friendly.

Good hostel. Easy to get there by bus. Nice and helpful staff. Clean and good facilities.
Although the hostel is a little far from the city center, it is easy to go because just in front there is a bus stop. The atmosphere was awesome and it is really clean. We had a problem with our roommates, but it was solved very fast by the hostel staff, who were very kind. I totally recommend this hostel!
I was worried about staying here on a Sunday because of the 'need' for a bus...we ended up walking to and from the town center instead of taking the bus and had a great time (only takes like 30 minutes). Comfortable beds, clean rooms, awesome buffet dinner, definitely worth the money. It's also away from the hubbub and close to San Marco station, which can be handy and soothing. I would stay here again
Great place for youngsters or groups of people. Far away from the cit center.
Very cute, converted convent. Houses a LOT of people, which I was not expecting. It was almost like a huge dormitory. Some of the shower lights didn't work. Old school keys instead of key cards. Staff was extremely helpful. Could get a little loud at times, since walls are thin. A little far from the main attractions, but we really enjoy walking, and the whole city is very walkable.
Definitely the best value for money for a hostel in Florence. The staff were very accomodating and had no issues when I had a few questions to ask. The breakfast for 5 euro was reasonable. The only thing was that there was an unwelcome smell in the room when I arrived, but I never brought this to the attention of the staff so it wasn't too bad...

A lot of noise at night, walls are not well isolated (there were holes in our door...) but the service is very good !
My room was very small and I could almost touch the person next to me. It's a bit far from the centre. Breakfast is not included and it's 5€ which is very expensive. There's no kitchen. Laundry and dryer service for 10€. There's a bar to have a drink but closes early. Bathrooms are mixed which can be a bit uncomfortable sometimes. No living room to meet people. It's not that bad but I didn't really like the place and felt a bit uncomfortable all the time.
We were welcomed cordially, felt comfortable right away. The room was nice, clean & quiet. Had everything we needed. The sanitation wasn't very clean - but that was due to some guests who doesn't seem able to behave in a proper way. Why do some people have to leave the toilet in such a disgusting way??? I really feel pity for the cleaning workers. The hostel itself is a really nice place! Definitely recommend it! A kitchen for guests would have been nice to have.
It was such a pleasure to stay in Hostel 7 Santi!! The staff is so nice and we enjoyed our holiday in Firenze! It will be excellent if u guys could put a clearer indications about how to get to the hostel... For example, if u take the bus 17B from the station Santa Maria, u should look for Mc Donald, and u guys can find it just next to the restaurant... :D Thank you guys for a lovely trip in Firenze Best regards,
