This is more of a cheap hotel than a hostel. If you are after a cheap place to sleep, you get a room to yourself which is clean and even comes with a fridge ,a balcony and a tv. However if you are travellig solo, then go somewhere else there is no common room so it is very unsociable. Another problem is the fact that you have to pay for showers, which i haven't encountered anywhere else

Tiny room and we have to pay to take bath, bathroom at the first floor. About 6-7 minutes walk to station.

I really enjoyed this hostel because you get your own little cozy room. It's quite small, but plenty of room for one person on a short trip. The rooms have their own fridge, too. The only downside was paid showers (200 yen for 7 minutes), but you could stop and start the water, so 7 minutes was enough time. I would stay here again.

friendly staff

It was very quiet and private, but there was no common area at all. The public showers are 200 yen for 7 minutes, which can be inconvenient. Also the shared toilets are freezing (colder than outside). The female staff member was helpful and quite nice, but the male staff members were not very warm.

It is a very clean, warm hostel. And the staff is friendly and helpful. They gave me maps and lent computer. Except the shower room is in the 1st floor and takes 200 JPN/min...But still impressive!

This is great as a place to crash, but little more. My room was very small but totally sufficient for one person. It was also clean. The hostel is actually just a single floor in a private building. There are public showers and laundry machines on the first floor that seem open to the entire building, maybe even the neighborhood. You have to pay. There was zero social atmosphere that I noticed, so if you want to meet people, I'd stay elsewhere. And the staff was very unfriendly and terse.
