Firstly,there was no-one in reception the morning I arrived until eventually I had to phone to get a receptionist to come to check me in. Secondly, the kitchen was supposed to be available from 8.30 - 21.30, it wasn't always open during these times & usually the receptionist's younger sister & boyfriend were in there anyway (and they sleep in there) and generally sat there looking at the guests while they were using the kitchen - very unprofessional & uncomfortable for the guests.
