I have booked Hostel Agata through HosteWorld.com but once I reach there, they did not have the room and they request another B&B quite far away from Hostel Agata. The staff reception was quite rude and she keep insisting me that we do not care about HostelWorld.com it is their problem that they mention our rooms as free but they are actually occupied. This was a real hustel and I wasted 3 hours until they find a B&B and let me go there.

Very small room for 5 persons but clean enough.Good location and kind staff. We have only stayed for one night.

The pipes were stinking, shower was blocked, pillows arent for sleeping, poor breakfast, be careful of the breakfast lady she is very grumpy (like the most people in palermo),noisy-right in front of the road. Good things: The location is close enough to the central station of bus-train, aircondition-fan working properly, the room is pretty clean, TV available and the matress is very comfortable for 2 people.

Really enjoyed our stay. Staff were very friendly and the hotel was exceptionally clean. We had some difficulty with our air conditioner, but this is pretty minor. Overall we had a lovely stay, thanks!

The staff was very friendly and helpful!

We had some problems checking in as the rooms weren't ready but they let us leave our luggage in the bar downstairs (where they offer the free breakfast). The showers didn't work too well but that seemed to be a consistent problem in Sicily.
