Can't recommend this place enough. Claas, the owner, is the friendliest, most accommodating guy you'll ever meet, and he's done an amazing job making the hostel into a really chilled out, happy place. There are fruit trees everywhere, a little hookah corner with pillows, and Claas' homemade raki which you shouldn't leave without trying. There's also one of the best homemade breakfasts I've had at any hostel thrown in every morning. You'll feel genuinely welcome here, and you'll be sad to leave.

Pleasure stay with in a very nice atmosphere. The hostel is a little oasis in a exiting city. Thanks for the good time!

Great hostel close to the centre of a vibrant busy city. But with the large garden you never notice the traffic and city noises. The staff are brilliant and willing to help in any way they can .Including taking you out partying. Beds are clean and comfortable, nice and airy when it starts to warm up. I highly recommend.

Klaus was an amazing host! Great hostel in beautiful Tirana. We will go back!

here is what i think about hostel albania: 1. beautiful place: green garden with chill out areas and lemontrees only 5mins walk from the city centre. 2. homy atmosphere: beds are compy, everything is clean. you can have breakfast in the garden and there is always a clod beer in the fridge. 3. great people: the people are pationate about running a hostel and making your stay a real holiday. they help you with everything and equally enjoy a more in depth coversation.

It seems that it's a party hostel, mainly and in summer time it could be great but there was just a German guy. Actually the only problem, there was no heater in the room. Summer time it wouldn't be a problem of course but in spring, nights can be quite cold. BTW, Claus is really helpful.

Very good experiance. Loved the huge garden so much. Grapes, lemons, mandarins and oranges everywhere. Fresh orange juice for breakfast. The house was under construction but they finished. New readinglights and plug sockets on every bed, new wallpapers etc. And they build a lot of things in the garden like a wooden pavilion. The owner took us out for traditonell dinner and pub crawl and they dont charge for it. I was a bit early but in season this place will be amazing. Highly recommended.

Healthy Breakfast, Orange trees in the garden, big terrace, friendly staff.

very difficult to find, barely saw any staff, and was so quiet- not their fault obviously. facilities could definitely do with an upgrade. Room for improvement but not terrible

Lovely place. Very cosy, beautiful garden and entrance. Situated very central (5min walk) in a small quiet alley.
