I booked the hostel through internet, but when we got there it turned out that the hostel was closed or something, no one was there and it looked very deserted.. It was quite difficult to get there, quite far, so we were not too happy about it. I understand this is not your falt, but maybe you should monitor more closely if hostels are still open. What happens with the fee paid on internet?
