The hostel was really close to the main station, the metro and buses. The elevator was broken though so we had to carry our bags up four flights of stairs. Breakfast was the major downfall of the hostel being only breadrolls and they seemed to run out before breakfast finished. The common room was good except they closed at 12.

There were no clean sheets on our beds (we needed to wait for them to be changed - it was 11pm!) We didn't like the smell of dirty clothes everywhere The neighbourhood is rather unsafy, lots of poor&homeless people near the central station Termini. During the night it was very loud outside so we couldn't sleep. If you can you'd better find any other hostel. Breakfast was ok for this price, white bread, butter, jam, coffee machine (7-10am). Awesome place! Some of the complaints on here are unwarranted. How can you complain about free dinner, and free bread and jam and juice? The rooms are clean, a bed is a bed, and there is food that will tide you over if you dont like the expensive prices of rome. All the staff were friendly enough, just because they dont all go out of their way doesnt make it a bad place!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!Stayed two nights, went to Naples, and came back for another night!Awesome place! Some of the complaints on here are unwarranted. It is an average place to get some rest. 99.9% of the staff was awesome, there was one grump, but you can't let him ruin it for the whole bunch. REALLY close to Termini Station which was nice, we were able to walk just about everywhere from there. I thought the front desk was extremely rude. The woman and man working at the desk tried to not give me my deposit for my key back and I literally had to argue with the lady for ten minutes about it. This hostel is cheap for a reason...It has horrible service, and is located in a sketchy area. I would definitely not recommend staying here. This place sucks.
