Very Good hostel To stay in. The location is The best, very near To The train station. Staff is great and free pizza is an added value that i didn't expect. The only thing i didn't like is the lack of kitchen. The rest is ok. Thank you guys!

BEWARE OF THE ADVERTISED TRIPS. We booked the Vatican trip through the hostel. A visit to the St. Peter's Basilica was one of the 3 main sights. However, we were not allowed to visit this location as the pope was given a mass. The tour company nor the hostel would refund us for this part of the tour. So we lost out on about 13 euros each. The showers took awhile to warm up, the floors were often dirty (especially in the bathroom), there were no reading lights, and it lacked a nice area to chat.

This was a great, professional hostel. Everything was clean and they asked for our documents and the staff responded when we had issues with heat in our room. You do have to pay extra for breakfast but that was fine seeing that they provided towels and everything was clean. This was a very college-dorm like experience, you could probably meet a lot of different people if you hung around the hostel. I'd def recommend staying here, it has everything you need (including wifi access in your room!)

the important thing is address which posted on website is wrong. So, when i found the hostel, i rounded same block over and over again for one hour. but, it's really near to the Termini station which is good to tour the city. and all staffs were kind. and facility was good. It's big hostel so, i could meet lots of people in there.

The location is very good for sightseeing in Rome. The room and blanket were very clean, staff were very helpful. The only problem is microwave is not available in the hostel, which makes it impossible to reheat the food. I had no idea there was no microwave at the very beginning, then I brought a piece of pizza to the fridge. It was stolen even I wrote my name and room number on the cover. Apart from that, the stay was very pleasant.

It is very close to Termini station, you just have to walk about 5 or 6 mins to get there. The staffs were nice and friendly, they usually organize the room with people who is from the same country. You will be able to meet new people every night at the bar and the common room. Shower room was a bit small and it is stick to the toilet, so you might be able to feel it uncomfortable. Others were fine at that price.

Five minutes from Roma Termini, the central railroad terminal in Rome, this hostel is a great for those who want to get situated quickly after arriving. The terminal is also near the Metro (subway) and major bus routes, including a six euro bus to the airports. The staff are outstanding with information about where to go and how to get there. Facilities are nothing special but are very clean. I would book here again because of the friendly staff and location.

the Staff is helpful, price is acceptable, breakfast is ok, location is wonderful. The downside it there's no mobile phone signal inside, and in 1st floor the WIFI was not working during my stay 4 days.

The location was perfect because it was around the corner from Termini Station! Easy to walk to. Colorful! The staff were friendly and offered some free pasta or events nights. Bedrooms were basic, but that's fine. here's a luggage room, that people use so it's perfect for leaving your bags there, especially your last day after check-out. A negative was that breakfast was not included in the booking price. It was 3 euro to have the breakfast that they offered, which was basic continental food.

Alessandro Downtown was pretty awesome - great value for money. The staff is super friendly and they all speak great English. The place is quite tidy with vending machines for most anything you may need. The location is really convenient for transport and travel to/from to the airport since it's just a couple of blocks away from Termini, the main train station. All the main attractions are at walking distance (except for the Vatican, which you can easily reach via metro).
