Over all enjoyed our stay. Staff were helpful except for one miserable man. We stayed in two different rooms, the second room lockers were dodgy. Great location. No common room. Would stay here again.

Very comfortable beds that dong rock or squeak, the reception and kitchen were being renovated while I was there. Mini fridge in rooms which was handy. Close to main train station but the area is abit dodgey. Friendly staff.

The security was my major concern. The hostel does not have control about who are getting in, the room to store the luggage is linked to one exit door. Anyone could get into the hostel and carry a suitcase without being noted. The entrance was being reformed, and dust engulfed my whole suitcase. During the night was hard to rest and to follow asleep due to loud conversations.

Dorm rooms are very large with table in the middle which was nice. Bathrooms are really clean and nice. Wifi is horrible, does not work in rooms. Every huddles in the luggage area to try and check emails. Close to train station.

The staff were great, but the hostel was going through building repairs - the main floor was a mess. Sure it's a good thing the place is being renovated, but we'd have liked to know beforehand what to expect. Also, the price was a bit higher than the value offered. Maybe Rome itself is to blame, but at least breakfast should be included into the private room price.
