At 12am they close the common area, they do this because of noise complaints, which is fine but don't use a Closed For Cleaning sign. People will understand if it is your policy, but if its cleaning then people may sit and wait - for NOTHING. Secondly, the water stopped working for a few hours on our level - it happens I understand that. Don't tell me it is off for everyone in the street though, it was working one level down. Silly lies, young irresponsible staff who do 'their job' and no more

I was looking more for a party hostel experience, but didn't end up getting one. The staff was nice, except I wish there was a better common area to hang out.

I couldn't tell if the guys at the desk were overly friendly or just being creepy. The communal showers were gross there was toilet paper in every one and the water was cold. There are many other good places to stay in Rome and I don't recommend this one.

I loved my stay, the rooms and building were modern, clean and colorful really relaxed atmosphere. Staff helps you a lot for giving directions. Safe luggage deposit. Will be back again.

Good location next to train station, many sites within walking distance though public transport makes for easier navigating. Not much of a common area but rooms and facilities very clean and staff was cordial.

Made to wait after climbing stairs with a heavy backpack and not much info given about Rome. Had a hostel guest who went crazy and ordered us all around and turned on the lights at 1:30 because she couldn't allow another girl in the room to be on her phone. Staff came to the room in support of her which was strange. But fresh sheets everyday, good locker facilities and very close to the train station and 25 minute walk to town.

The hostel was reasonably priced for what was given. The staff was super helpful on any circumstance we came to them with. The 8 bed mixed dorm was clean, but the air conditioner didn't work too well. I was in a top bunk and the air didn't really reach my bed. The bathroom was nice because the toilet and shower were separated so more than one person can be in at a time. Overall, a good stay in the hostel!

Great stay, though security was a bit of a problem with some of my things.

I had a wonderful stay, very nice and clean place, hot water is working well, aircondition in the rooms. Free kitchen to use and big fridge where you can store your food. Thanks for the sangria night, I've met a lot of people from different places. It was a very good stay

the hostel has a perfect location, just a few minutes walk to Termini station and even around 15 min walk to the coliseum. Staff useful but no really friendly, room was clean, good enough for a few days to visit Rome

+ Location (right by the train station) + Clean + Solid bunks + Had to be buzzed into building (+1 security) - Key cards stop working all the time - Lockers don't accept bigger locks - Lights in bathrooms turn off after 15 seconds (very annoying in the shower) - Breakfast isn't worth it at all - AC leaked some water (fixed on third day) - WiFi was horrible in the rooms. Okay in the lobby.

Very clean spacious rooms with big lockers. Reasonable social space. Big kitchen - cant use in the morning but otherwise good and generally enough space in the fridge. Free sangria was a great idea! €20 for party nights was a bit steep though. Shower often had hair in, could do with cleaning more. Otherwise great place. Would have loved more social activities

I was at Alessandro Downtown for one night and was everything ok. I recomend

Very average at best. Rooms and bathroom had a terrible smell. Hot, no air conditioning in the room. Location was ok, just for being beside a train station and walking distance to the colosseum. Other than that location was a little sketchy. Least favorite hostel I've ever stayed in.

Staff gave me good directions and was helpful. The room was ok and it had a private toilet. They organise pib crawls and there are mostly young travellers so it' s fun but also could sleep well when i wanted to. Location is great to move through the city although it' s not so nice at night, but nothing you cant deal with. Breakfast has an extra cost. Overall it was a good experience!

All is comfortable enough for short stay and so clean. Staff was so great, wifi was good. I wish there's electrical plug near every bed

The common area is very nice, and is very big. The rooms were big as well. However the rooms were quite noisy though.

The hostel is not very good located but the worst thing is the staff. They dont know information about the tours, locations or best attractions. They don t want to help you if you have a problem, for example, wi fi was not working and the guy didn t care. Also there were problems with overbooking in my room. The atmosphere is terrible, you can go directly to your room through the elevator so you just don t meet anyone in the commom area because there is no commom area.
