First night at 12.30am staff member barged into my room, woke everyone up by screaming at a girl & telling her she hadn't paid (which she had). Had to move rooms every night even having booked 4 consecutive nights online (seemed to happen to everyone I spoke to) Wifi was slow, barely worked in any rooms & had to pay for it. Yes it is right next to main station but this is not a nice part of town. Beds were shocking and reading lights didn't work honestly would not stay again.

Great location near to the Rome Central Station. Pizza party was a good idea to get to know one another. Internet became quite annoying as you only get 1 hour of free wifi per day. Good sturdy beds that dont creak :)

Nice place but too big for me. I prefer small-medium sized hostels so you get more of a personal touch. Only bedding was a sheet and a pillow ( it was really hot while I was there so was okay). Staff were quite busy but helpful when asked ( especially the cute Australian girl). Easy walk to a lot of the city sights and right next to the train/metro stations for the others. Had free pizza one night.

The location was good, however in the three days we were there, they've only changed the trash one time in the bedroom and the same happened in the toilet. One of the staff members had no patience and really bad temper, without any reason. The price was good.

I really hated this hostel. I had booked a female room, but when I got there, they put me in a mixed room without explanation. Dark rooms without air conditioning, bad breakfast and terrible internet. I will never get there again when I come back to Rome!

there should be more bathrooms and that hey should have aircondition. you get sweaty as soon as you've gon out of the shower!we also need somewhere to put your clothes when you are in the shower- taking them with you in makes them wet and you can't leave them on the floor in the bathroom either. the washing up was the worst thing i've ever seen.you as a stuff should be able to do that during brakfast- not the guests. Hot water and a dishbrush would be better than an old dirty sponge in coldwat

Good hostel close to the Termini in Rome. Rooms were all clean and a big common area. Really easy to find. Can get a little bit noisy in the common room later on and wifi is really slow. But good place for a bed and sleep in the centre of Rome.

we arrived rome train station and we had to walk 1.5 km to the hostel,np, when we arrived at the hostel, they told us that our rooms were not available, (we booked the hostel 3 months earlier) so they send us to they 'sister hostel' that was located 500m up the train station, so we had to walk again1.5km + 500 m up with our eurail bags. when we arrived there they couldnt find our reservation, and when they did they sent us to a building located another 500m away. The staff was rude. facilities=0

Staff in the reception was very friendly and they had excellent language skills (english, spanish, etc.). Rooms were ok, beds could have been better. The air condition was little too effective: in the night there was little cold.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Very little character to the place given the high price tag. Very noisy at night (I had a room by the front desk, so not sure if the entire hostel is that loud).

Fantastic hostel. It is a little quiet, if you are looking to party, go to their Palace hostel. Very clean and neat, great location, 5 minutes from Termini and there are quite a few affordable restaurants nearby as well. I asked to switch my room due to an issue with another traveler and they accommodated me with no hassle. Only downside is that you have to pay for the internet and the washing is fairly expensive!

A bar or Rooftop area like Alessandro Palace would be amazing, we stayed at both hostels and the vibe at the Palace was unreal and everyone mingled, at Downtown the vibe in the common room was very segregated. Still a good hstel but common room and entertainment needs improvement.

the hostel is a really comfortable and convenient place to stay in if you are traveling in rome. me and my friends were in rome during the summer time and the room was air conditioned. the location of the hostel is amazing. all the attractions were walkable distance so we saved a lot on transport. the rooms are really clean and the breakfast they provided is delicious. most importantly the staff there are very friendly and helped us out a lot. they provided us with a map with all the attractions

This is not a place where you will be able to meet people because it is really big and there is not any meeting place, but if you want to visit Rome it is just great. Staff is nice and helpful and the location is great because it is near Termini station, where you can take both lines of the subway and it is next to the city center too if you want to walk.
