I was happy it was warm. I would have liked group room with some kind of kicker or something, somewhere where you can meet and sit without all the loud music. Kitchen is from my point of view mandatory for a good hostel.

Good location, close to main train station. Rooms are poor, not a cosy atmosphere, very basic look. Good point is AC in the room. In winter time in the evening not a good place to chill out outside, still 3,4 tratorias very close to the hostel. I was in this hostel last summer and breakfast was free, now you have to pay 3 euro for breakfast. There is no night lamp beside the bed, so not possible to read at night. No social area to relax. Staff friendly.

it´s nice (staff, location...). The facilities (breakfast and internet) have to pay, the only bad things..

Alessandro was a good place to stay for only a few days. The staff are friendly, rooms have clean ensuites. The wifi situation was awful, you log in very time with differing numbers and passwords, it only worked in the bar too. At 8pm, the bar plays boppy music really loudly, and it is quite awful to sit there just to use a computer, or try to talk to someone. Free pizza at 8pm usually lasts 1min, as people take four slices each. Good location near Termini.

This hostel is great. Met some cool people. The computers really suck. They're slow and have really outdated software. But everything else was awesome!

The staff was very nice, but the hostel was incredibly seedy. There was no privacy within the bedrooms, nor was there a common room other than the bar. Overall, a negative experience and I dreaded returning to the hostel at night because of the lack of privacy, the horrible wifi policy (you need to go to the front desk to get a new wifi code every hour), and the dingy conditions of the bedrooms and bathrooms. I am also fairly certain I got bed bugs from this hostel, and sought medical treatment

This hostel sets the new standard for me regarding excellent staff, all were very helpful and great to deal with. The hostel is in a great location and you can walk almost anywhere. Overall a friendly environment and enjoyed my stay.

Not a bad hostel, near termini rail station and has clean modern rooms. If u are on a budget keep in mind they have no kitchen. Also bar was ok.

The staff were amazing and super nice. I personally would have liked the music in the bar to be a touch lower because I think it's important to get to know people in a hostel and be able to talk to them, and the bar music was at blaring club level, even though there was no dance floor.

It was really noise at night. The music in the bar was so loud and everyone in the was hardly to sleep. And they don't clean quilt. Both of my friends feel the strange smell from their quilt.

Great location (only 3minutes walk to metro) but the atmosphere is not that cozy as expected. Still great though. I had a nice stay :)

The beds sound too much during the night if there was someone sleeping in the upper bed.

The hostel has a really good location and very nice, friendly and helpful staff. I was in the 4 female room, with our bathroom. It was really clean and airconditioning was working fine. It's secure, and even I stayed during NYE I was ok by myself. The train station area is not the most pleasant but the hostel is not directly next to the station. It's great when you have a morning transfer to the airport. I didnt try breakfast. I would stay again, if being in Rome :))

Good location, clean, and friendly staff. However the family room (3 persons) are less interesting. Less atmosphere since located in an annexe . Several times only cold water for the morning shower because of too small boiler capacity.First night heating not working but ok, next day repaired already .My conclusion : for a family room better go in normal hotel where you will get the luxury you're looking for anyhow and probabaly at the same price . For individual travellers good choice.
