Great location, near to city (15 min walk). Supermarkets nearby. Clean. Friendly staff who assisted me as I was 22 weeks pregnant. Comfortable bed. Clean shower and WC.

Located very close to Christmas market, it's in very clean hostel. You need to pay additional charges if you want to use wifi, towels, breakfast, etc.

The staff I had contact with we're very helpful and reasonable about use of the kitchen and dining room even though they had guests paying for breakfast we were always welcome in that space. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean warm and comfortable. I recommend getting the tram from the station when you have big bags as it is quite a way over cobbled pathways.

I stayed in a 4-bed female dorm for 2 nights. Room and shared bathroom are clean. Free wifi for booking made on hostelworld and the signal is good in the room. Breakfast is 8 euros...well could be a bit expensive but there are great food variety...scramble eggs, different kinds of bread/jam/cheese/meat/fruits/yogurt/cereals, tea and coffee. Comparing with other hostels, I would say the price would be more reasonable to set at around 6-7 euros. But anyway, no big deal. I had it on both morning.

Best shower I've ever had at a hostel! The kitchen facilities were great, the staff were helpful, the rooms (and toilets) were clean. The only thing lacking was the atmosphere, but if you want a nice laid back hostel this is the place.

In general the hostal is located at good place and the price is good, the rooms are clean but in my personal experience the staff were unkind, and for me it is something indispensable to feel comfortable. So, in my opinion the place is good but I would not come back.
