Very good hostel. Simple, small and well located with a friendly staff. And, the most important: very clean!! It's not the kind of hostel where we can meet a lot of people, but it's surely the kind of hostel where we can feel at home. Good breakfast, free internet, free computer, padlocks for R$5. And free caipirinha at friday night!! ;-)

I have enjoyed while staying at Alice Hostel. I arrived at 09:00 and they offered me a breakfast and store my luggage up to the check.in for free. Representatives are really helpful and willing to find solution to issues as well as explain what worth to do in the city. Rooms are clean. Wifi works even in the garden. Kitchen is big and full of utilities and devices to make your cooking. It is a quiet enviroment Excellent localization just 2 blocks from bus and subway stations.

Second stay in this hostel, and still very good. We feel at home very quickly, the staff is just perfect!

Excellent location. Very calm atmosphere. We stayed in the private room, which was very comfortable and clean but looked a bit like a prison cell (it only had two beds, a locker and a tv, the walls were white and had no decoration at all). In spite of that, we really liked the hostel and we would definitely recommend it.

what a great hostel,one of the best i have ever stayed in,great location even tho at first i was bit worried it might be little inconvenient turned out to be perfectly safe and well situated,really friendly people and great value for money,,they even cooked for us some of the nights and was able to try some great traditional food,,this is a top hostel and couldn't recommend higher...keep up the good work : )

What a great hostel! It's comfy, clean, spacious, and has a fun but unpretentious urban style. The location is great, as one of SP's liveliest and most interesting bar, restaurant & gallery areas is very close by.

This was my first hostel stay and it was amazing. great staff, chill environment and clean living/sleeping areas! highly recommend. - oh and excellent, safe area.

This is a cute hostel in a very safe neighborhood. They have great amenities (clean bathrooms, excellent computer, home-made bread for breakfast) and the staff is friendly and willing to answer questions. The hostel is walking distance to good restaurants, bars, and shops. My only complaint was the occasional line for the showers, more bathrooms would be better. This hostel is on the quiet/calm side, which was fine with me, but not the best choice if you're looking for a party hostel.

Can't recommend this hostel enough. Denise and all the staff are really welcoming, and invited me out with them two nights I was there. The general atmosphere was really relaxed, it's in a very safe area and a felt very secure. It's a 3 minute walk from the metro and a 10 minute walk from lots of restaurants and bars. They bake their own bread every morning for breakfast too. Clean bathrooms, good security lockers and activities every evening.

Very pleasant stay at Hostel Alice. The location is great, very close to the metro and bus station. You can go anywhere you want in SP from there. THe rooms are comfortable and the staff is very friendly and helpful! The bathrooms are always clean and neat.. I'd definitely recommend it!
