Very nice hostel!! Good location and breakfast, helpful staff and very clean!! Would definitely come back!!

Great place!!! I strongly recommend it, it was awesome: the neighborhood is amazing, lots of graphite in the streets (also, an amazing grafite in the hostel's stairs), close to the subway and a bus terminal, a few minutes by bus from paulista avenue. If you walk a few minutes you will end up in the heart of Vila Madaleina, where all the bars, all the fun take place. I had a great time there, the hostel is really neat and the staff gave me a great support to visit the city. Hostel Alice: A+ =)

I really liked Hostel Alice, probably one of the best hostels I've stayed in!! It's located in a great area and very near from a Subway station! The staff was great, very friendly and helpful!! Breakfast was great too (delicious homemade bread)!! Only disvantage is that they don't accept any credit or debit card...

Hostel alice has a great atmosphere... The staff is really friendly, and its just 1 block from the subway station, which is super good when it talks about Sao Paulo.

Hostal Alice is a very nice, small and homely hostel located in the Vila Madalena part of town (only a block away from the Metro station) with lots of bars and cafes nearby. The beds are nice, clean and comfy, you get free breakfast, free internet...the staff is very nice and helpful. There's a TV in the lounge area (with supercool painted walls btw) where you can watch films or play nintendo. Would definitely stay there again!

Very comfortable,nice staff,clean. They have very good and long beds with nice mattresses and linens and not cheap ones like many other hostels. Ideal for a long stay.

- Eu estava sem o mapa do hostel (erro meu) e me guiei pelo texto que estava no e-mail de confirmação da reserva. =/ Me confundi pq há um trecho que diz "Walk to Rua Paulistânia and turn left at Rua Harmonia" mas vindo da r. Marinho Falcão, a r. Paulistânia estende-se nos dois sentidos. Um "turn right at Rua Paulistania" ajudaria. - Seria legal lavar o banheiro e trocar o tapete todos os dias. Um chinelo de uso exclusivo tb ajudaria a manter o chão limpo! Fora isso, tudo foi perfeito! =)

I wasnt treated like a guest, but I was treated like a friend or part of the family, so thats why I really really loved this Hostel! Is very easy the access by metro and the Hostel has very nice rooms, comfy beds, very clean and modern bathrooms, cozy lounge room and a cool backyard where you can chill out and almost feel like being in a small town! But the best are the staff specially my new friends the staff Adriana and owner Denise! I highly recommend this Hostel!

The hostel was perfect! Staff was Very helpful and hospitable. Location is in a really nice neighborhood and only a few minutes from the subway. Every day the staff gives tips about what is going on in the city and where to go. The atmosphere in the hostel is very relaxed. Everything is very clean and fresh. One of the best hostels I have been to!

Great location, right near the subway and the city center. Safe place, cozy, quiet, clean and new. Good breakfast. Staff are very attentive and friends. Great people. Place to feel at home.

I really liked my stay at Alice Hostel. It is in a safe neighborhood very close to the metro station, which is very good in such a big city. The staff was nice and helpful, the place is clean and the breakfast (with home made bread and cake) was amazing!

Nice staff, great location, the only bad thing that happened to me was that my shoes disappeared the night before leaving the hostel.

Very small but clean hostel with a mixed-bag of staff. The owner, who also managed most nights, was very friendly and helpful but the day manager was a bit stand-offish and occasionally appeared unfriendly. The place had a few long-stayers who were half-assisting at the hostel but also had work elsewhere. This sometimes made it feel like I was intruding in somebody else's home. Apart form this the toilets and shower were always clean. The WIFI was great with an overall good value for money.
