Great stay at Hostel Amfora in the lovely town of Fazana. Pula is a short bus ride away, and we're really glad we chose to stay in Fazana instead. The hostel's location is great, 2 minutes walk from the seafront and beach. The hostel was great value for money, clean and comfortable. Host Ivan was excellent, gave us lots of advice and is generally just a welcoming and friendly guy.

Fantastic hostel to stay in, well worth the money. The hostel owners are lovely and always ensure you are sorted with whatever you need. Location is great lots of cheap but excellent food places by and only a 5 min walk from the beach. Really enjoyed my stay here, it's great to meet new people as it's a very sociable hostel, for what you pay, it's excellent value for money!

The hostel was clean, with hot water and a sink in each room. The owner was also very helpful and a lovely man! However we booked this hostel for the festival Dimensions but when we arrived we heard there were no bus transfers and it was a 3 mile walk to the festival which was annoying, there were also no cooking facilities bar a fridge. We stayed in a 6 bed room which was pretty small but was okay as we were a group of 6, but just a heads up if you plan on sharing with random people.

Great Hostel. The owner Ivan makes the whole trip worthwhile & can pretty much plan your daily excursions for you. All his recommendations were great! Fazana is a lovely seaside town & is alot nicer & relaxing than the nearby Pula. All the boat tours & restaurants are only a few mins from this hostel. Great location!

Globally a really good stay. I add 2 negative points: 1. for the emplacement since Hostelworld was claiming the hostel was in Pula, while it's in another village. 2. the room was without electricity (because of a mess done by previous hosts, we have been told), so we had to be relocated to a 10-peple dorm. But I can undestrand this has only been an accident (well managed by the staff).

Way better to stay in Fazana than Pula. It is close to Pula by bus and nice beach town with lots of restaurants. The hostel was clean and close to everything. The owner was very helpful and accommodating. Definitely recommend staying here.

The owner is genuinely a nice dude. Helped us with all out requests. Was there at all times. Went to pula to get to split via Zadar. Really helped us out as the ferry was discontinued this year.
