As I said before excellent place staff excellent all round very positive highly recommend the place as a good stay.

First: card for the room didnt work, all the time. Second: breakfast was of course NOT ready at eight in the morning. After complaining they at least started preparing it at 8:15. And the staff helps iself the same time the breakfast is served for guests and the tables stay full with dirty dishes. Absolutely a no go! Next and worst thing: water stoped while taking a shower! After asking they said the gov. turned it off. There was no warning or sign in the hotel, nowhere, though they knew this!

Location is perfect. Super clean. The atmosphere is perfect for travelers that are looking for the best experience in every way. Amigo Zocalo rocks!

Quite disappointed with the stay. Only in the city for a few days & decided to pay a bit extra for the 'Hotel' offering from Amigo Zocalo. Had a few problems: Room small and bland. Shower failed to work on the 1st day but was fixed. Swipe card room key needed to be reset every day. Two whole floors were under construction, place was dusty and messy. No bar or atmosphere. Disappointing breakfast. Blocked loo not fixed. TV only fitted on last day, dust left over in room. Manager refused to see us

THE HOSTEL WAS VERY CLEAN, STAFF IS EXCELENT AND WHAT I LIKE MOST IS THAT IS NEAR ALL THE PLACES OF INTERES IN MEXICO CITY
