As previously stated in my two previous emails, I could not stay at hostel Andes in Pucon as despite having made a booking and paying the deposit, there was no reservation. I am still waiting to hear back from you with regards to refunding my deposit. I am exceedingly disappointed in hostel world and the total lack of response to my emails.
