Decent location for trips to or from Montevideo as its near enough the port but also close to the metro for Buenos Aires attractions. Decent breakfast, decent rooms good price.

Very nice, clean and organized Hostel! Sometimes I felt I was in a regular hotel! My room was next to the barbecue patio, which caused some noise at night, but come on... Your are in a hostel! This is what it is all about!!! I can't complain about people socializing!

The photos from this hostel flatter to deceive - the sofas are dirty, the walls badly need paint - I did not feel like using the kitchen at all. Even though they do they do their best to clean the hostel, the ground floor is just of a poor standard, even though the rooms/other stories are ok. I have no idea how they can have a poster advertising for drugs on their office door either - that's disgusting!

we will stay there again, very good hostel! lock for lockers (smal) can be borrowed at reception, Arrabal is located in quiet area (30 min by taxi from airport in the morning) and close to subway lines as well as supermarkets and restaurants, very friendly staff, possibility to leave luggage after check-out, welcoming atmosphere, clean linen, clean bathroom and toilets (shared), spacious female dorm, risk to fall off the upper bunk bed ;) breakfast was ok (the healthiest option was oatmeal)

Good place to stay. The rooms aren't bad. Bathrooms and showers are good and clean. Hot water showers are great. Staff are incredibly friendly and chatty. WiFi is pretty decent and good reception throughout the hostel. Breakfast for me wasn't amazing. Some cereals, bread and jams. Coming from other places in South America where they cook you eggs or pancakes and have fresh juices, the breakfast was definitely a let down and the weakest point of an otherwise lovely hostel.

It was a good value for the money. The six bed was not crammed and the lockers were in the rooms. Showers were either hot or luke warm on the first floor and hot on the top floor. Kitchen had the basics even though it was small. Breakfast was the typical toast/jam/cereal. The area was ok during the day but felt deserted and not so safe at night so just go out in groups. Grocery store was a few blocks away. Overall nothing special about the hostel- just typical.

This is by far the WORST hostel I've ever stayed at! The reviews & price really give this place a false persona as welcoming and a great find, the COMPLETE opposite. The guy that works the morning shift is HORRIBLE, he has ZERO sense of customer service! There isn't enough characters to mention how bad this place was, also the wifi reminded me of Bolivia, maybe even worst! Save yourself the trouble & pay extra and go else where! P.s the breakfast is DISGUSTING!

Great value for money. Nice and sociable but not-in-your-face party vibe, good location and close to subway. Rooms are clean with decent lockers and plugs for every bed. Definitely a good spot to stay :)

Great place. Good size kitchen and nice breakfast. Good atmosphere in hostel in evenings. Staff are very helpful. Location is good. 20min walk to Plaza del Mayo.

Great hostel with a real family vibe. Good location in Monserrat close to metro and food options. Staff are great and the hostel is very social

This hostel is the most clean & well maintained hostel I have stayed in Buenos Aires. The bathrooms and toilets are super clean. The kitchen is great & there is a variety of spaces in the hostel to hang out. Mauricio is super helpful as well. I really can't speak highly enough about this hostel.

Very Nice and informative staff and very good value for money being in BA. Location is good being placed right next to a cheap and good laundry service.

Good hostel with lovely people at reception. Good info on things to do and see in buenos aires. Not much going on in terms of going out in the evenings. Not a party hostel but somewhere still sociable where you can eat and play pool together.

Great hostel. Comfortable and friendly at all times. Good location, good staff. Could do with a little bit of work on the stove. If I returned I'd be happy to stay here again.
