Fairly standard hostel made very worthwhile by the price. Facilities are very good, but it can feel a little cramped.

A simple hostel abit out from the city but with a good kitchen, eating and lounge area. Staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was fine but very noisy as buses run all night along the road outside!

The hostel is located in a dodgy area of town so I would not recommend it for female travellers on their own. Breakfast was poor with only sugar loaded cereal, &toast, we were offered no fruits &most mornings ran out of coffee very quickly. There are numerous outdoor areas on all floors where guests are allowed to stay up until early in the morning drinking, smoking &making noise for the other guests. We had earplugs and still did not manage to sleep at all, we left very tired after 3 days.

Fantastic hostel! The bathrooms are spotless and plentifull, the dorms are very large with a table in the middle, the kitchen and lounge area is huge with a pool table and an outside patio for smokers, and the breakfast is the best we've had so far in Argentina (cookies, five kinds of cereals including Fruit Loops!). One and a half block away from the subte. Staff are young professionals, helpfull but strict about security. If we have to state one downside: the tv is constantly playing football.

I thought this hostel was nice and good value for the money. It is a bit of a walk to get to areas of interest, but it is also easy to find and central to train stations. The beds were quite comfortable and the staff were always helpful.

awesome hostel with a great vibe! Stayed at hostel Obelisco down town and then switched locations and wished we swithed sooner. Great kitchen and beautiful pool table. Lots of hot showers to go around. Staff were great and helpful with finding us a ride to the airport and giving us directions. Stay here!

It was a nightmare. Upon arrival, was told that the toilet was broken & will be fixed later in the evening, indeed it was but breaks down again after 1 flush! The room is horrendous, smelly pillows, VERY mouldy shower curtain, EXTREMELY DIRTY (wonder if they ever wash them) bed sheets/blankets & window curtains. Toilet paper is yellow with powdery texture, not recommended for usage, got rashes & been sneezing a lot after using. Only saviour was the two friendly staff they’ve.
