Did not get what I paid for, paid for private ensuite, it was shared.the place was on the wrong side of Skopje..long walk into city..the map provided was a poor photocopy and hard to read. The owner was always there..hard to relax..needs to have a kettle..so you can make coffee or tea when Guest chooses not when he wants to supply
The most amazing and helpful host you can find!! Thank you so much for helping us plan our trip! Location of room was perfect, about ten minute walk to old town, nearby supermarket/atm/grill restaurant. Very lovely stay!!
We stayed two nights in Skopje, at Atlantik Hostel. The hostel is very well equipped, the location is great if you want to walk to the center (5-10 minutes) or other services. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful, will give you all the information and suggestion to spend an unforgettable stay. Breakfast is served punctually and is the classic breakfast with burek (delicious!), Tea, juice and all that you will need. Highly recommended.

This, like many hostels in the Balkans region, is a hostel converted from someone's home, which means rooms are limited and its a nice quiet place to stay. Owner was very friendly and helpful, and rooms were spacious and well equipped. Great location too, within walking distance of the bus station and most of Skopje's attractions. Would definitely recommend it.
Small but very nice hostel 10 minutes from the city center. This is not a backpacker hostel but if you are looking for a quiet and clean place with some very helpful staff - this is your place. The manager is a warm and friendly person who will help you with everything. We loved the Macedonian breakfast with burek and joghurt. Good price value. Thanks or everything.
Ljubče was a really nice fella and a mine of info on Skopje sights and restaurants, buses etc. He also made damn fine Turkish coffee that will put hairs on your chest if you don't have any already. So careful ladies. Location at first may seem out of town but in reality is a short, pleasant walk to the town. Hostel is I guess more what we think in the UK as a B&B, but its spotlessly clean, with kitchen, shower room, kitchenette, good beds and nice weighty duvets :) Cant really fault it!
