This hostel was average, no kitchen facilities and not even hand soap in the bathrooms (which weren't very clean). No fans or air con so rooms get stuffy at night!

It is NOT possible to open any window! Not in the room, the hallway, the kitchen, the bathroom... as a result: very hot and bad air!! They turn on the AC only for 1 hour each day...

Nothing special with this place but also there is nothing wrong with it. Location is great and it has clean beds for you to sleep in.

This hostel was very nice!! It was so fresh and so clean (clean). In the middle of city center and about 15 mi walk to the beach.

Nice location - just 1 min walking from the bus station. Average breakfast though.

maybe I am being unfair by scoring so low, but my reason is this.... our ferry was delayed and nobody at the hotel would wait half an hour to let us in.... so we didn't get to stay in the hostel at all and had to sleep on the street....literally on the street. and still had to pay full price......NOT HAPPY

Best Place for staying in Santander, literally next to train/bus station but still in a beautiful street (overlooking promenade/sea from breakfast room). Very clean and new facilities, nice staff. Comfortable beds. could hardly wish for more in a hostel. No baggage storage though, but this is no real problem as bus station has lockers

Brilliant location right by bus and train station but still walking distance to heaps of monuments etc. Staff were very helpful and spoke good English. Tea and a kettle were always available, which was GREAT. The only poor point was that breakfast was a little on the light side, just 2 pieces of toast with butter/jam (and your choice of coffe/tea and orange juice). Would recommend.

Staff were superb - really friendly! Breakfast options could be improved to match price of hostel though.

Secure lockers with keys provided, 24 hour access and staff spoke English. Great location across the road from the bus station. Only negative point was there are only two male toilets for the hostel.

Great place to stay! Less than 5 minutes from the bus station too.

Great location and nice staffs. Breakfast is good.

The hostel is nice except that I left a lot of food in the fridge and everything got thrown out, even things that weren't even open!

Kitchen locked after midnight, also the front door, so you're kind of trapped in the hostel. Other than that the place is really nice, looks good and the staff is ok.

I left a jacket there and through emails I managed to confirm it was there. They were very responsive to my emails and got a quick solution to my problem. Therefore, I shall use the facility again on my return to UK through Santander, possibly for two nights! A good facility for ferry port and bus station

Great stay! Everyone I met there was friendly, the receptionist knew my name on arrival and they all were helpful. That breakfast was included was great for the price and the common room set up is nice. Great views from common room too, great spot for seeing the sunrise. Close to the tunnel to get to the main sights (3 minutes) and a minute from the bus station. Would very much recommend!
