I arrived late after the reception closed and emailed the hostel to see if they could help me out. They not only agreed to help me but kept and eye out for me and when I walked past the hostel lost in the dark, sent someone to come and get me! Definitely went above and beyond! Iit was disappointing that the common room closed at 12 and there was a 'no noise' policy at that time. There was also no luggage storage for the early checkout that other places have, the only disappointing aspects.

refused accomodation. had to go elsewhere at more expence. holiday ruined. would never use your so called service or recommend it to anybody again. francis keogh.

Awesome place! Super clean (the staff was always making sure everything was flawless), great beds - confortable and cozy. Nice atmosphere: the common area has the greatest view to the beach! Definetly worth my money! :)

Good clean hostel, that was very handy last minute. The staff were lovely and very friendly, but the atmosphere in the hostel wasn't great compared to other places that I have stayed in. There was no lock on the door and the staff had to control drunk guests that woke us and our room up at 5am banging on the door. Breakfast of toast was nice but not great for my wheat-free friend (no cereal option) or fruit available.

I didn't like how there wasn't 24 hour reception and the common rooms closed during the night. Also, the walls were fairly thin, so I had trouble sleeping when normally I am a very heavy sleeper and am not disturbed by noises.

Nice and clean room, only one negative point for me : no curtains. This makes the room quite bright at night (because of the street lights) . Great location: close to the bus station and city center. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Nice hostel!, Locates very very near bus & train stations, becuase with all luggage arranged I could wake up at 6:50 to catch the train at 7:05!

The staff was great and very accommodating to everything. It is just around the corner from the bus station and looks out to the water. I would absolutely stay there again.

Fantastic and helpful staff. I asked if the breakfast could include cereal as there was just toast on offer and the owner went and bought it for everybody! How helpful is that. When we needed to use the computer they gave us an allocated time. The staff were honest and helpful about the tourist attractions and the atmosphere was just very friendly and welcoming. Met lots of open minded people. Great location, everything was really clean and it was fantastic value for money.

Staff were welcoming and helpful and spoke fluent English. Very comfortable rooms and the bathroom was perfectly clean. The free breakfast set me up for the day. Great value for money and perfect location next to the bus station. I would highly recommend it.

Hostel was obviously clean and well managed with obliging staff. Breakfast was appreciated since there is not that much open in Santander on a Sunday. Very centrally located - just a block from the bus and rail stations. Comfortable place to stay.

Very pleasant stay, at this time there was almost nobody so I had room just for myself. The location is perfect, just a few steps from the bus and railway station and right in the center. Staff were great, all of them were fun, helpful, easygoing. Both room and bathroom were 100% clean at all times, I liked it. Breakfast was small, classic hostel-style but sufficient. I liked the view from the common room to the sea, I totally recommend!

The staff wasn't the most helpful and didn't offer to give us a map or any information on the city. There is a midnight curfew and the rooms don't lock, there is only locker inside the room. The hostel, however, was very clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable and I felt very safe.
