Great choice for Foz, the staff are the friendliest I've met in south America. After a confusion with their airport pick up (it's free only between daytime hours and you have to call from the airport) they dropped me off at the bus station on my way out instead. Great wifi plus computers, the breakfast is amazing. Dorm was clean and comfortable. Outdoor area really nice, very chilled atmosphere. Tour for $R120 to the Argentinian side of the falls well worth it. Thanks for an awesome stay!

Nice Hostel, people from everywhere and really cool staff, specially Ed. If you need any advice to go out ask him, also Luizim, Rafael, Tay.

Great hostel, with a fantastic atmosphere. The outdoor kitchen and bar area is a superb spot for meeting other travelers. The staff were friendly and very helpful with our plans. The only grip was not having lockers to secure things away just be prepared for that and there are no issues. 4 stars

This hostel was great but even more wonderful was Hostel Bambu Jungle. This is a new sister hostel and the manager really tried to make everyone's stay not only great but truly memorable. The setting of Bambu Jungle means monkey and toucan sightings are possible. Transfer to Argentinian side was easy. Definitely a great place from which to visit the Falls and just to chill out for a while.

No 100% on this review, but that's mainly due to the location, there is nothing really in Foz do Iguacu, besides the falls. I would say that this hostel is a pousada (guesthouse) with the capacity of a hostel. In terms of quality of facilities, probably one of the best places I stayed at. This hostel is clean, quiet, has happy hours at their own bar, and offers a great place to stay when you want to visit the falls (they arrange tours, good enough value for money). Totally recommend it

Staff were brilliant, helpful and polite. Room was great. Only down-side was that you can´t bring your own drinks outside.

I liked it a lot. specially the free caipirinha. the hostel staff is really nice and they have interesting trips and things to do around which make your trip to the falls way easier.

We where four guys looking for a hostel close to the falls and chose this one. I would really recommend this hostel to people looking for one going to visit the Iguassu. They arrange tours to both the Brazilian side and the Argentinian side as well as to the point of three borders. The tour from the hostel to the Argentinian side cost 100 Real, approx. 50 US dollars, and it is worth the time you save by doing it your self. The Brazilian side is easy to visit by your self from this hostel.

I would highly recommend Hostel Bambu. Not only are the staff friendly and informative but they really promote a sense of hospitality and warmth. The facilities are well kept and the outdoor kitchen and pool are a wonderful way to enjoy an evening relaxing with your fellow travelers. My stay there was one of the highlights of my trip to Brazil.

Very good standard hostel. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. There is a good atmosphere in the hostel and the bar area makes it very easy to meet people. The dinners in the evening are very tasty and good value for money. I like the tab system at the bar too. All in all, I highly recommend this place.

The most perfect hostel I think I´ve stayed at on my trip through South America so far. Rooms were airconditioned, breakfast was wonderful, the bar at night is nice. Hairdryer available, and reception hooked us up with the bus tickets we needed to our next location. They even picked us up from the bus terminal! Wish I could stay there again. Thanks, Hostel Bambu!
