There wasn't any hot water, and the staff did nothing about it. The staff was not very friendly at all, the only good thing is the location, it is near the train station.

Not sure I know where to begin...definitely the most run down place I've ever paid money for and it's wasn't cheap. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone...unless you were homeless. Seriously needs a lot of work. It's the kind of place that you check for bed bugs because it looks like it has them.

It's close to the termini, but That's about all t has going for it. The guy at the front was creepy and invasive of personal space. He gave us cards to go to his buddies resteraunt for a 5% discount nearby, and then tried to drug us. Girls traveling alone please keep looking for a different place! Your personal safety and security is worth the few extra euros!

One of the rooms could not be used (confirmed and paid in advance). The room was humid, weet and the bathroom could not be used. My guests had to claim and mooved into another room the next nights). We did not get any compensation herefore. My guests came late (caused by delay in the airport) but we informed and it was OK. In fact water (from the upper closet) dropped into the bathroom and it smelled awfull. In fact, you should to claim for us and credit us for one doubleroom for one night!!!

All the staffs were very nice and friendly. They did everythig I asked for. I booked a single room with shared bathroom, but my room had a toilet. The room had a enough space as a single room in a hostel and I felt very comfortable. The hostel is very cloce to Termini station which is 10 minutes away from the center of Rome by subway. (You can see the station from in front of the hostel) The station has a bus stop too, so it was very convenient to go to the center of the city. Love to come back!

We met a very nice staff there - he gave us an upgrade (we were a family) which was very nice so we had our own shower. Location is right behind the station which is close to everything but not a nice place to stay - only if you have little time and want to travel somewhere else like we did. Otherwise I really would recommend to stay close to Castel Angel and old town - there are the cheap and great restaurants with flair! Everything close to Trevi Brunnen ist eine Abzocke!

I would not recommend this hostel to a friend. I have stayed at many hostels all over and am not picky, but this one was not very good. Our first room was fine, but the bathroom was very moldy and there was no shower, just a shower head over the toilet space. Not very hygienic. Second room seemed better but bathroom even more moldy and smelly. Staff not helpful and pretty unprofessional. There are plenty of hostels near Termini Station...this is not necessarily the one I would suggest.

This hostel was ok but somethings were defiantly off. No shower curtain in our room so water for everywhere! The receptionists weren't all that friendly or helpful. The Internet was only in 2 rooms in the hostel which were small and generally crowded, also closed at midnight. It's handy that its so close to the train station but be cautious walking around at night...

The place was not good(atmosphere SO bad, location very dangerous at night), the staff is not in a good mood. Not recommendable. The price was too expensive, and they DON´T accept credit card!

Staff was always very cleaned and there was even a TV in the room, but no control and when I went down to ask for the control I was told the TV did not work, which was not true, because I was watching TV at nights. Also, they recommended a laundrymat close by and it was not very good they did a very bad job.

If you've never been to Rome before, Tonmoy sits you down and makes sure you know where all the sites are, including which buses get you back to the hostel. We instantly felt at ease. Beds were very clean and the place is nice and quite. Thanks tonmoy!

No breakfast. When taking a shower, water is flooded not only in the bathroom but also in the room. The outside sign is so small and hard to find, I had to roam the streets for hours.

the location is really near the Termini Station. 5 mins max. the place is clean as well. you get a bathroom in your room. which is good. Wi-fi can only be accessed from Common Room only and it has limited time (from: 07.30 until 11.30). which is annoying. Other than that, overall, it's okay Oh and they don't allow late check-outs. Check-out is 10.00AM sharp. But if you want to just stay for few more hours before you leave Rome.. you can check out and hang out in the Common Room.
