The rooms are refurbished and with separate washrooms. The stuff cleans the rooms every day and the breakfast of hot drink and croissant is a very nice bonus. Certainly, it is a good deal as the hostel has hotel-like atmosphere in many regards

Hostel is located directly behind the Termini station, close to the Metro. Room was clean, had comfortable beds and a clean bathroom. I don't know if there is a common room like in other hostels at any floor, i have only been to the reception in the first floor and my bed in the third floor. People at the reception were always kind. The hostel has an elevator and a vendor for drinks at the first floor (though it is a bit more expensive than at the train station). It was a good stay for the money

If you are a tourist this is your peferct place to stay, I recommend this hostel, is nice, close to the bus terminal and metro, good location. The room was clean and comfortable to sleep, and quiet at night. Besides around the hostel you can find really cheap and good restaurants where you can eat good food, pizza is amazing!!!

The Beautiful is perfectly located for a stress-free arrival and departure, as it is only five minutes walk from the main station, where the airport-shuttles go. Staff was friendly, blankets where clean and rooms where cleaned every day. The dorm-rent is more than fair, a basic breakfast and wifi being included. It is a great choice for people on a low budget, who just need a bed for the night, but don't expect any fancy interior design, the name of the place doesn't live up to reality.

Friendly English-speaking staff. The hostel itself is very sketchy looking (especially the elevator) but it's a great cheap accommodation for a few nights. Breakfast consists of a pastry and a hot beverage such as coffee or tea. Good location (Rome is very walkable) and overall good value considering the price.

I was with my boyfriend on weekend in January. I cant say nothing wrong. Maybe on the beginning we have beed suprised a bit how it looks but everything in Rome is quite old so also the flats. The water was hot in the shower, the beds were clean, without any bugs as someone said. There was a nice Italian breakfast included in the price (coffee and sweet roll) I think it was nice pack of energy on the beginning of the day, Staff was nice and helpfull. The localization was great, just in the centre

Location is nice, just a minute from Termini station. But there is no security I think. Anyone can come into the building and there is no lockers. During my stay, I had to share the room key with 4 people, and while I was sleeping I couldn't lock the door... I think I can find other good hostel in this price.

Although the good location, all other features of this hostel are very below average. The service is very bad, the staff responsable for the rooms and the public area don't speak nothing in english and speak very bad italian. The answer was gave me, all the times when I needed some help was "I don't speak english". They have just ONE key for each bedroom, even the staffs haven't another. The elevator almost never works and the water in the night, sometimes dont heat. The staffs is so unuseful,

the hotel is closed to the station, you fell in secure. I was just surprised to pay in cash. one think , it s too much noises in the night and the bedroom close to the local room is unpleasant. at least, people are very nice.

We had a room right next to a shared living room so we couldnt sleep till the very last person leaves that shared place.... It is a pretty bad place to situate a room.... The TV didn't work proprertly On Sunday morning an alarm was ringing during more half an hour, starting at about 8am. Nobody from the Hostel appeared....

The hostel was fine. It was cheap and clean but there was only one key for each room so if your roommate accidentally took the key out with them, then you can't get in to your room. You could only get internet in the common room on the 4th floor (we stayed on the 1st floor). The guy at the front desk was a bit rude when we needed to get our bag out of our locker and he asked us to review them with "all 5's". The other guy working in the common room played online poker all night blaring the sound

The location is very convenient for travelers. It is just next to Termini station well know from everyone. Whatever and whenever I needed help the staff was there. However, you guys should have credit card machine becaus people may not have cash and it causes problems. Also, it seems I forgot that I paid €2.5 to hostelworld.com and i was informed that the balance is €8.98. I paid €10.98 to the hostel. If you can sort this out that will be great.

This hostel was a mixed experience. The employee treated me like an idiot, and they didn't have any computers for internet access. The location is essentially a dump and the hostel is not all that nice. That said, I got my own six-person room for 2 nights, and they let me store my stuff there free of charge for half a day after I checked out.
