The staff tonmoy is very helpful. They are doing their best to provide the best service. There isn't any hair dryer in my room originally, when i request, the staff bought a new one next day.We are very surprised!!!And the recpetion opens 24hrs, we feel secured. I would recommend to all backpackers.

We were very disappointed in our stay at this hostel at the end of March 2013. The night staff was unhelpful and the hostel seemed sketchy. The entrance from the street was always ajar and the rooms have shared keys. I wouldn't recommend stand at this hostel, but I hear that most hostels in Rome are poor quality.

Best hostel I have yet to stay in! The staff Mike was extremely helpful in giving travel advice and recommendations. It was near the Terra vision Air port Bus Station (only 1 Min. by walk) Thank you for everything .

Mike, the owner, was very accommodating. We weren't happy with the room we were first given - it was dirty and we (2 girls) were going to have to share with an older man. He happily gave us a free upgrade to a double room, and made sure we were happy. The location right by the train station, which was great because we had an early train, and a 10 minute walk from the Tomb of the Unknown and 15 minutes from the Colliseum. It is a hostel, however, with a lot of loud groups of kids.

An all-around decent hostel. Good prices, good beds, spacious rooms, wifi area, etc. A guy who works there, Mike, also gave me a free bottle of wine my first and only night there (I think he was trying to get me to stay a few more nights). Mike, one of the management, would say the funniest things with a completely straight face and monotone voice. He's a nice guy, and he can help you get a lot of discounts at nearby stores. The hostel is close to a grocery store and laundromat, which is a plus.

Location and staff is good. For one or two nights it is OK, but would think of it for a longer stay.

Upon checking in and opening my room which was supposed to be a 4-bed dorm, it was a double bed where 2 people were already staying. I returned to reception, they said it is a 4-bed dorm, they sent someone up there to prop the double bed up so it turned into 2 bunk beds. The room stunk. When the 2 ppl arrived they were shocked to see me & the room! The bed is full of bed bugs as I woke up with rashes all over me. I guess u get what u pay for (€10/night)
