Great position, quality and price!

Upon checking in and opening my room which was supposed to be a 4-bed dorm, it was a double bed where 2 people were already staying. I returned to reception, they said it is a 4-bed dorm, they sent someone up there to prop the double bed up so it turned into 2 bunk beds. The room stunk. When the 2 ppl arrived they were shocked to see me & the room! The bed is full of bed bugs as I woke up with rashes all over me. I guess u get what u pay for (€10/night)

Very kind personal - itùs good. But kitchen is missed, they donàt have even kettle.

Limited WIFI. Location is superb.

Staff was not so friendly. Cold room with heating system did not work. Terrible smell from the bathroom. I could feel the spring in the bed. The door bell keep ringing at night.

Nice place and prices are low (though there is a city tax which is not included in price). Clean rooms (they even had TV for some reason), with individual shower and toilet. But they did not have any kitchen supplies (want hot tea - tough luck), and wireless works only on common room. For some reason staff won't give key from entrance door, so if you come back really late there is a chance you won't get inside if the guy who opens the door is sleeping.

I enjoyed my stay at Hoste Beautiful, the location was very convenient located very near to Termini and its very easy to reach there.The stuff was very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were very clean and very Good price. Definitely recommend.

4-bed mixed dorm ensuite seems to be a double bed ensuite, where one double bed was replaced with 4 single beds, so the distnce between them less than 40 cm... But the furniture is okay, cleanliness of the shower room depends on you and your neighbours, 'cause it is cleaned once a day. Located 50 m from main airport shuttle lines' stops. Good place for staying for 2-4 nights, not for a partying (common room is very official).

The hostel is at a very easily accessible place just a few steps away from Termini station. Very friendly staff. Small but practical and warm rooms . It had hot water every time of the day. In general it was a good value for money choise, except a serious problem! We got beaten from bed bugs and it was a very itchy experience!!! So, when you go there, take a careful look at you bed.

It's a cheap hostel, you can't expect much. City tax is € 1 per night per person. Smelly rooms but comfortable. Breakfast is € 2 (Jan 2013) but it's a simple coffee or tea with a piece of pastry to eat. They give you a ticket and you have to go to a bar next to the building. Wifi works sometimes, but there is a computer free to use. The staff is not friendly at all and one of the guys was impolite with my friend.

The girl that works during the day was awesome. She spoke perfect English and very helpful which is always hit or miss. The location 5 minutes walk from the train station and 15 minutes from the Colosseum. The room was cleaned everyday which is not common in hostels. The toilet was right underneath the shower.I found that odd but then I am American so maybe it is me that is odd. All in all this hostel was great. I will stay here again if I find myself in Roma again.

I have stayed in many hostels, and this one was the most disgusting i have every stayed in, it should be shut DOWN!!!! rude staff and not a friendly atmosphere at all, the biggest bedbugs ever, the floor we stayed on smelt so bad, there was no toilet seat on the toilet, How is a woman ment to go to the toilet? The window did not close and it is the middle of winter! only good thing was that it is close to the train station. I dont think that anyone should be staying here

it was the worst hostel where i ever stayed, everything was discusting, i bearly sleeped there, there was no safety for the lagage the bathroom was horrible, it wasn't clean.

Only complaint was that the TV in the common room was way too loud. Breakfast next door was great and convenient.

Bit of a mix-up with the rooms when we first arrived. Staff could have been a little more efficient. No locked storage in shared rooms. Great location though, and the 2 euro breakfast round the corner was lovely!

Nice place located next to termini station and nice people who work there, just missing kitchen insiste the hostel but in front of it you can fine a very cheaper restaurant ;) so i'm very happy with the service i received from them!

The location is amazing! Just a 2 minutes walk from the main train station! The hostel was ok but, the shower was not hot and the internet wi-fi offered on the common area was terrible! Not an amazing hostel, but was ok.

The fact that the staff cannot speak English is the major problem. To be fair, their Italian is not that good either. There are 2 doors through which we had to go before getting to our room. Since the 2 reception areas are supposed to be running 24/7 it shouldn't be a problem for people to get in; however, we got locked out twice and many people had to face the same issue. One night, we were woken up at midnight because they asked for our ac remote control so that they could lend to someone else
