Hostel Beautiful Reviews

I enjoyed this hostel. There were, however, no lockers available. There is an elevator to go up to the rooms. The kitchen is large and well equipped. The computer room was very nice, with low lighting and big beautiful pictures on the walls, supportive chairs, and small dining tables. There were 2 restrooms next to each other and were cleaned daily. The location was perfect. The food in the area is not expensive and is the best I've had in Italy.

we liked the hostel! all staff are very good people, so for me the problem is the internet wireless don't work in the fourth floor.

I found myself very well .. the front desk were very nice(name Khan), good location, close to Termini Station, and then as soon as I arrived, I was greeted with a welcome drink ..... a bottle of red wine ...! : D: D you are fine, the rooms are in an apartment adjoining the bathroom was large and the wi-fi in the room .... I think the next stay in Rome, I will be back ....!

The staff members Mr. Monjur /Mr. Khan were so helpful and pleasant to work with; they gave great suggestions (when to visit specific tourist attractions) and also restaurant recommendations. Met some great people here! Would definitely come back.

This is definitely one of the best hostels I have ever stayed in. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful (especially Khan). Great location. I had been 3mixed dormitory. The room was very clean and the atmosphere very nice, there was a common room on my floor (3rd) with computer free of charge. Hot shower and water all the time and there are 3 bathrooms on my floor for mixed dorms, so it was free all the time. I recommend this hostel to all my friends! Thank you!!!!

Excellent value and great place to meet other travelers in Rome!!!!Five-minute walk from Roma Termini. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are really nice. The main point was certainly all the staff (especially KHAN).They did their best to ensure that we had a great stay at the hostel and i also enjoyed my time in Rome. I have received great advice on where i should go to the attractions (which saved my hours of waiting in a queue) and the best way to see all the things in a short time.

The fuy at the front desk, who we later learned was the owner, tried to rip is off and over charge us. Our check in lasted a good 25minutes of him redoing all these "calculations" on his calculator of all these new charges and new total price. It was crazy. He didnt know anything of what he was talking about. And beware, apparently italy has a €2 tax fee per night thats added to your total. Luckily the room made up for it. The bathroom in it was nice but didnt use, the showerhead was mildewy

The worst stay ever. The staff was SO UNFRIENDLY AND UNHELPFUL. I'm confused about the previous reviews because the staff was so unwilling to help and were extremely rude. Bathrooms were dirty (if they were in service that is), one key for a mixed room of 6.. Ridiculous. Have to ask lobby every time you enter to buzz open the door for the second floor... Staff wouldn't let us out of the elevator...just the rudest people. Location is only good only because it is next to train station. Hated it.

Hotel was very close to Termini station and therefore was easily accessible. It was worth the money spent. The atmosphere was nice, the room was spacious and clean. All the staff was friendly, especially KHAN, which is at the reception. He was friendly and soft-spoken. He guided me to the places in Rome which was very useful to save time and money. Would recommend it to my friends........... THANK YOU to the HOSTEL BEAUTY....especially!!!!! KHAN!!!!!!!!

I have to congratulate Kham the guy from the front desk, he is super helpful and has the best attitude ever!!

I stayed at Hostel Beautiful and had a nice stay. I was amazed at how clean it was. The rooms were spacious and the staff were friendly. Thumbs up!

Very nice reception Khan is greeted me with a smile very kind.

Front desk guy Kahn was extremely amiable. He shared his dinner with me and later gave a group of us a whole bottle of delicious wine! They had only one working toilet at the time of my stay, surely fixed by now.

Nice hotel. Perfect location, right next to the central train station. Staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommend for backpackers.

I was really impressed with this hostel. The hotel staff(Khan) is super friendly and very helpful showing the places you should visit, etc. He answers all of the questions you have.. really thanks for this! :) I didn't have any problem with check-in at midnight (I had night flight to Rome).The beds were comfortable, the shower had hot water, the internet was free. A recommended hostel to stay!! I would defiantly prefer Hostel Beautiful for my next stay... :)

The hostel was excellent.The staff was highly accommodating and very friendly and made the stay excellent throughout not only helping during the stay but providing excellent guidance on the sights of Rome which was a big plus.especially the night/early morning staff KHAN.The hostel is a little difficult to find coming from Termini.The location is great,near Metro and Termini station.The hostel is very clean. If I come to Rome again, I'm definitely staying here! !!!!

I have been studying abroad for 4 months now and I have stayed in a bunch of hostels, but none of them have ever had as good a staff as Hostel Beautiful. Khan is so unbelievably friendly and helpful. When I didn't have access to a computer when something urgent came up he let me use his for an hour! Great location, great people. I approve!

The people at the desk are helpful and even give you good tips on your moving around if you ask. especially KHAN. who really helpful and helped me with restaurant directions, The atmosphere was nice,Room was spacious and clean. The common room provides a good platform to meet other travellers.The location was the best.it's also very close to Termini and I feel safe to walk at night. great place to stay for sure and i would recommend it to anyone.
