Single ensuite room was nice and good, but I\'m happy I didn\'t choose a dorm..

It was fine. Internet works, room (2ppl private) was more than I expected.

Worst Experience. Not only was the place not as advertised, but they also charged me a different amount then what my confirmation showed, and advised me to file a complaint...classy.No TV and No internet added to the experience, because they were \"broken\" at the time. I do not recommend any Hostel facility ran by this company. Your money is better spent somewhere else. I would receommend \"THE PLACE\", which is right around the corner from the Train Station and located right by the bus statio

I stayed only one night at this hostel in a private accomodation; the room was clean and the bed comfortable. I didn't use the share bathroom but the toilette in my room was clean despite there was a slight smell of damp.

We had a four person room and it was amazingly spacious and nice. The bathrooms were large and clean which was greatly appreciated. They also had a computer which was nice. There were plenty of bathrooms so we never had to wait to use one. The room was very nice and clean. Even though we had to check out, they let us hang out in the living room area as long as we wanted for our train, which was really nice. It was a great hostel, I would definitely recommend it.

It's in a scary zone full of Chinese inmigrants. The Internet is awful and the key dinamics suck.

Nice place to stay

Nice peaceful hostel, with helpful and friendly staff.

It's a relatively small hostel but it's clean and nice. I gave them average on security because they have a kind of weird system where there is only one key per room, so if someone is there your room is unlocked, and the last person to leave brings the key back to the checkin. I gave them an average on facilities because there was no hot water in the tap in the sink, which to me is unacceptable. I met some cool people here though, and I loved that there is a kitchen!

bathrooms were very untidy and unclean. no lockers no clear signs, I walked past the place 3 times! if you are looking for just a place to sleep and nothing more this is ok

I am a girl and i found strange that one of the guy from the staff knock at my door at 11 pm and ask if i can open the door because he had a question... I really didn't feel safe.

This hostel wasn't too bad. I had a room with 6 people an there was a door separating the other 3. I had a room furthest from the stairs so it wasn't loud but right next to the street so that was loud. I didn't shower there because the showers looked gross and same with the toilets. The common room is small but it's doable. An okay place if your just trying to sleep but not if you want to meet others or party there. Simply no room to do so

I had a very uncomfortable experience. Upon arrival, I discovered that 1 guest had been living there for 10 months and he made our stay very uncomfortable. He was incredibly noisy and disruptive, especially at bedtime, wouldn't leave us alone, wouldn't allow us to use the computer that was there for all of the guests, and had taken over part of the kitchen. It was even more frustrating that the hostel staff were unwilling to help us deal with/approach the situation and I felt unsafe.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hostel Beautiful. Although we were given the wrong room (we had booked a 3 bed private ensuite and was given a 3 bed private room with no bathroom), the staff were really friendly and after agreeing on our payment, we really enjoyed staying there. Would especially like to say thank you to Shovon on reception.

The hostel is a really good place as its near to center , colossum and the main station. Our rooms were en suite and really good ones not worse than hotel rooms. The staff was helpful and the cleaners were cleaning the rooms every day. The only minus is that there is wifi only on the first floor. But if you are not gonna use internet during your stay it is the best place to stay

Cleanliness of the rooms good, though the claim that the rooms are serviced every day is not true. Bathroom could have been cleaned more regularly while we were there (3 nights). Free internet good, but an update on the video player would be nice. Kitchen good. Noisy outside, but VERY close to the station and in walking distance from the centre so very good location.

I stayed here just one night and didn't feel it lived up to the name "Beautiful," but for a cheap place to stay, it definitely worked. It would be better if there was wifi in all of the rooms, and not just the common area. Relatively clean, conveniently located, so-so atmosphere. It works.
