Overall it was a nice place to stay and a good value for money. Specially the staff was very helpful and was always available no matter what time of the day. Khan the receptionist was a great guy and he helped me plan and coordinate my visits to Rome so special thanks to him.

It was very nice to stay here for two nights. I booked and when I arrived late in the evening there was another person sleeping in my bed, but the staff solved these problem quickly and there was not another problem. Thanks to the one who work on the night and to Monjur !

Perfect location, 6 min walk to the Roma termini station (maybe even less!) Hostel is very close to the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggi-ore. Mr. Khan was very nice and helpful, friendly and easy to talk to. Rooms were cleaned everyday. We just wanted a place to sleep and freshen up. The hotel staff Mike Monjur was great. He shared some itenary with us and even upgaded us to a double room! The hostel was pretty easy to find and 3 roads away from Roma Termini! Had baggage storage facilities at no extra charge and also a kitchen for cooking if you want to save some money as dining out can ve quite expensive and there are only so many pizzas you can consume.

Hostel Beautiful gave us a lot for our money -- a big private room with shared bathroom for 40 euro a night (which was upgraded for free after the first night to a room with a private bathroom). The people who worked there were extremely helpful. However, there were several problems. The heat either didn't work or was off and we were freezing most nights. Also, there is only wi-fi on one side of the building. There didn't seem to be a common area or kitchen.

I though the people were very friendly always willing to help and available. The hostel location is perfect near termini, always clean, there is always hot water and the rooms are really spacious. When I come back i will stay here again, definitely recommend it to everyone. Thank you to Monjur he knows the best customer service in all of Rome.

Hey thanks again, I had an amazing time! The facility was excellent with a great sleeping set up reminded me of grandmas house. FREE computers and internet!!! A awesome kitchen too!!!

The guy at the reception, Monjur was really helpful - helped me with restaurant directions, wifi and luggage. I was upgraded to a 4 bedded room, our toilet is clean, is better than other Hostel. Would recommend it to anyone visiting Rome. Location is also very close to Termini and I feel safe to walk at night

Hostel was fantastic! ,When I arrived that night, there was a free pasta dinner , salad and wine and tons of friendly people to go out and are clean and well-located. The best part about it was that the hostel offers free city map. The tour guide Monjur is wonderful, and he takes people to as well as many other places( depending on people/day) the Colosseum, Pantheon,gelato,restaurants, and the opera). I've never been to a hostel with such great service! Thanks to the girl at front desk

Great place to stay! A constant attendant at the front desk lets you into the building, providing great security. An ample kitchen provides a fine place to cook a meal. There was not only great wi-fi but a computer to use as well. We stopped here because it was near the train station and subsequently near three metro stops. Easy to get to everywhere in Rome from Hostel Beauty.
