Hostel Bekuo San Jose Reviews

We arrived earlier than planned, tired from our flight but were genereously welcomed. They happily stored our bags until our room was available and gave us breaky(pancakes & pineapple & coffee) before we had checked in. Our room was clean and spacious, close to the communal area but suprisingly it wasn't too loud and everyone is respectful after midnight. Shared bathrooms are clean. Communal area spacious and well equiped for relaxing or games(pool, tv). Location, safe and lush!

Good hostel, relax atmosphere, the biljlart table is a plus, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Suggestions: -Place some lockers. It's easy and you don't have to bother the staff to get to your valuables. You can also access it when the staff is not around (night). -Increase the watercurrent to one of the bathrooms. After you went to the toilet it is hard to wash your hands because the toilet is filling. Showering becomes impossible. The other bathroom is OK.

Super friendsly and helpful Staff. My girlfriend and I felt very safe there, and safe outside the hostel as well. Their rabbit is as friendly as the staff too. Never saw the turtle though. The kitchen is well supplied, and they have lots of info on other hostels elsewhere and how to get there. Good travel hostel.
