This hostel is great and just at the opposite side of the street you can find one of the best coffee (with sugar paste) in town (well, there are many :)

Extremely friendly front desk. I was trying to improve my italian and he was very helpful and patient when I was using my very beginner level italian. Anything you asked about, the staff would make great effort to see it done. Great security. A little hard to find initlally since it's inside a secure apartment complex but all the shops around knew about it so easily found. Also, no curfew so once you know where it is, it's easily accessible.

Hostel Bella Capri was a little tricky to find. Print a map from google first. It is right off of Via Cristoforo Colombo. Walk just down Via Melisurgo away from the water and it's on your left hand side. It's in a large building on the 6th floor. The location is great if you want to take the bus to Pompeii--only a couple of blocks walk. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was small but clean. It did smell like smoke, which seems to be common in Napoli. Towels cost 1 Euro.

centrally located and where the hostel is located is quite safe. i ve been bitten by bedbugs and i guess they traveled with a woman who got bites in in venice so never share a room with those whove been bitten while travelin. the bathrooms need to be more clean. i found hairs, molds, etc. staffs are nice except one who seems very cold. i am sure i worked better than him when i was workin in a hostel. breakfast with hot cornettos 4 years ago was better than that of now

Attention BEDBUGS!!! We left the hostel after 2 hours of sleep. We got (most of) the money back compaired by a grumpy face - we didn't even hear the word "sorry". Never again! Achtung BETTWANZEN!

The electric fans in Room 16 is very dirty and when it runs, some strange smell spreads out. There are ants visible in Room16, which is quite annoying. The WiFi doesn't work for me within the room. The common PC having problems of accessing Internet occasionally.

It was good It has the element things that you will need to have a good sleep and it´s pretty near to the pier.

The description should specify that the ensuite does not include a toilet. The toilet allocated to our room was a staff toilet down the hall. Also there were a lot of people (family of staff?) sitting outside our room talking until after midnight and it was very noisy.

The personnel is unprofessional, we had an agreement with a guy to leave a day before than reservated but the day after an other guy forced us to pay the day cancelled. The cleanliness is very poor with old bed and bathroom
