Good location near the train station. Shared bathrooms can get a bit grotty. Lack of power points in room. Comfy beds and cheerful staff.
We stayed in the dorm on the first floor, and it was horrible. This room is way to small for six beds! The bathroom is inside room, and there is no ventilation or air conditioning, which make the entire room very humid. The floor was covered with dust, so I really got the feeling it was not cleaned in a long while. The same goes for the bathroom. The beds are also really squeaky, so if you are a light sleeper you will get waken up every time someone else goes to bed. Avoid!
Hostel was good but we were staying up on the top floor and it was really hot. Good place to base yourself for a few days as it is a few minutes from the train station. Most of the staff were really friendly and helpful.
I did not like room N°1 with very uncomfortable and noisy bunk beds ...no aircon nor fan provided. Location is nice with friendly staff
The hostel is super close to the railway station, which was comfortable. But my room looked absolutely different to what was at the photo. There were bunk beds, not normal ones as the picture shows. Quite strange combination of shower and toilet in the room. The staff was nice, wifi worked only in the main area and disappeared from time to time. On the whole, my stay there was right for this price.
Room itself is ok if that's all you need- comfortable bed and well equipped bathroom (1 per 6 bed dorm). But no individual PowerPoint or light for your bed. No kitchen facilities and only a tiny communal area, so not good if you are travelling solo and looking to meet people. Cleaned daily. Walking distance to beach and Main Street (approx 10-15 mins). Probably would not stay again.
There was no lockers so insufficient security. Good location - 10 minute walk from the beach. Needed more showers to the number of people using it.
The staff were very freindly and helpful, lovely hostel of which is the first one we've ever stayed in but would consider staying in again. Lovely looking frontage and fab for just getting your head down and site seeing as we did. We would recommend to anyone.

Very friendly staff, thanks for contributing to an awesome time we had in Nice!
Rob was great but the rest of the staff was a bit underwhelming. Right next to the train station and pretty good facilities but try to avoid being put on the 3rd floor if you can. Rooms are hot and a bit small up there.
Enjoyed our stay but a little too far away from the beach for our liking.

Very good location, if you want to do some trips (Monaco Cannes...), because train station is less than 5 minutes by walk and it is not so far to Massena square and shopping street Jean Medecin, a little bit far it is to the beach, but not tragic:) And quite big grocery is very close too. Cleanliness was good, one of the receptionist is Slovak. If you dont plan to be at the hostel the most of day, especially for sleeping it is good choice for acceptable price.
Very convenient location, only 2 min walk from the train station. Staff are very nice and helpful and can speak fluent English when we asked for help. The room (3 Bed Private En-suit) is a bit too tiny with only basic furniture including a desk, a fan, 2 sockets and 3 beds. There is no air condition in the building and you can only access the internet in common area but not in your room. However, it would still be an option if you are looking for some relatively cheap accommodation in Nice.
We were required to leave our keys at reception when we left the hostel, and the hostel doors were open all day, meaning anyone could have come in and grabbed room keys. We also came back to find out room left unlocked after housekeeping had cleaned the room. Also there were only 3 bathrooms and 2 showers for the whole hostel. Otherwise the staff was very nice and helpful, the hostel was clean and very nice courtyard out front for eating and hanging out.
It's a hotel pretend to be hostel, so there's no public kitchen there. And there's something surprised me that our room (4 beds room) is out of the house, literally. But there's still something I like, if you wanna go to the famous beach, you can ask the reception to borrow some equipment, like umbrella
The hostel was clean and the desk staff was very friendly, but there wasn't any place to prepare your own food or a lounge to hang out and meet other people.
Great staff, but wield that people can't use the kitchen, but very friendly staff, also this is the hostel that has the shortest distance to trail station, only takes two mins by walk!
