The room was nice, I felt safe, and the staff was very nice. The only thing I wished was that breakfast was included!

Security was terrible. Only one key per room which is available for anyone at the front. No lockers. Safety deposit box available but I had to beg. One toilet per floor. Only ONE shower in the building. (get and ensuite). Rooms have tvs. No common rooom or place to hang out. It was clean. Very close to the train station.

Thank you for your review although I am disappointed that you did not see the 2 popular hang out areas, we have one indoor and one in the garden with tables and chairs to lounge on. About security I am afraid that as well you must have missed the idea, the keys are under surveillance at all time, only one key per room allows us to control room access as we do not want visitors in our dorms. About begging for the safety deposit box I do not understand, the only thing I remember I was taking a little bit of time maybe because somebody was cleaning the stairs. By the way we have 17 rooms and 15 showers in the building.

nice looking hostel, great location next to the train station if you plan on taking the train to neighbouring towns, otherwise you are better off finding a hostel near the old town to be closer to the nightlife and/or the bus station if you plan on taking the bus. hostel staff was kind and helpful. however, i was in a room of 5 and the room was incredibly cramped with average beds. i was put off from the place on that basis. could be different if you had a different room.

Hello, it is a pity you did not tell me while you were here I will have move you to a different room, you were actually meant to be in a room with 4 beds but we added one for your friend Amanda. And if the beds are not suitable we replace them, I am changing all the mattresses at the moment one by one so I need my customers to tell me which one first. ;)

This hostel was good; you cannot beat the price for the location and parking for 9€ a day is amazing. The only issue we had while booking the dorm online we booked a 3 bed dorm, but the room was a double and a triple. The manager was really helpful and she did show us the room description she submitted to hostel world on the property management intranet. The only thing that was a little confusing is that they asked you to leave your key on a board while you were out that everybody could acces

Great location and staff, rooms were not very clean and it was not very nice to have to go down 3 floors to shower, close to the restaurant. And showers are closed from midnight to 7h. But we'd stay there again.

Hello, thank you for your review, we apologized if you feel that it was not very clean we do have a cleaning staff who cleans daily it is also hard to control the cleanliness of the other guest sharing dorms, also due to the construction of the shower directly across from your room on the 3rd floor, there may be extra dust. We hope you come back when the shower is finished.

We had a great time in Hotel Belle Meuniere while enjoying our trip in Cote d'Azur. In another trip to NIce, for sure again we'll be staying in this hotel which has excellent staff.

A nice hostel with a lovely receptionist! The only thing we would have liked would be a better bed (room 5) as the one we slept in was leaning and not very comfortable.

Friendly, welcoming staff. Basic but nice rooms. Free upgrade was appreciated. Close to the main train station and tram stop.

Very nice hostel. Owner and all staff were outgoing and helpful. Although the hostel was undergoing minor renovation our room and common areas were spotless.
