1 key for the room is not enough. It would be good to have more than 1 electricity socket too.

This was my cheapest choice, so I cannot complain.

For what is available in Paris, it is definitely good! It was in a good location, right next to the train station and not too far of a walk from Notre Dame. The bathroom/shower situation was not ideal, but they at least had them. It would have been nice for everyone to have their own key to the room also rather than just one for each room, but it still worked out fine.

This place lacks: lockers, room keys, cleaning routines. But the atmosphere is friendly and the staff is ok.

The negative part was that the hostel doesn't have wifi. You pay 2 euros to use the internet for 30 minutes or 4 euros to use for 1 hour. The hostel is super close to the Gare de Lion station (train station e metro), you also can find several restaurants e pubs near the hostel. There is a bank close the hostel if you need to withdraw some money. The hostel closes every day from 11 to 15:30 to cleaning, which it's great! For the breakfast they give you coins to get coffee and chocolate bread.

No lift, I had to climb the stairs till the 5th floor. Only one disgusting bathroom per floor, only one key per bedroom. The breakfast is taken from vending machines, I was given three coins to spend on the machines and the bread was not fresh. NO WIFI, you have to pay to use the computers they have and it is very expensive. Staff not friendly. The location is the only pro about this hostel.

Awesome price, awesome place, awesome spot ! Very best option if your objective is to have a nice night, and visit the city without getting poor in hotels :)

The place is just some steps from a metro station and a train station, it has a very good location but the building needs maintenance, the toilet was not working in almost 3 floors.

No lockers or closets in the rooms, only one plug (which didn't even work for a hair-dryer...) in a room for three people. But the staff was friendly and the luggage room was really secure (they write down your name and the date you left your luggage in, in order to check when you're gonna get it). Being next to Gare de Lyon is also an advantage!

No Wi-Fi is a pain! You must go to a nearby cafe or something to get Wi-Fi and they charge too much for the computer use. The showers don't have curtains or doors so all your stuff gets wet, they are also ice cold sometimes. My room was on the fifth floor but no elevator so my suitcase had to stay all the way down on the ground floor. Breakfast is skimpy. Good location to metro and train station. Could be much better but for Paris the price is good.

Rooms felt as though they hadn't been cleaned in a few weeks, the single toilet and single shower per hall made getting ready in the morning extremely difficult, and the fact that there was no room in the toilet for the trashcan to go anywhere but behind my head was disgusting. The lobby was not welcoming at all and was rather dark, even with a large window, and the luggage room went through an unpleasant part of the building. No wifi? OK. But at least brighten up the lobby and clean the rooms

“The location is really good (near the Gare du Lyon Station). But the hostel is expensive for the service. NO WI-FI, no elevator, just one key for the bedroom ( it's really annoying wake everybody up) and the breakfast is three coins to the coffe and bread machine. Hopefully there was hot water in the shower.”

You are not in Middle Ages. That's why free wi-fi is needs and demand. Also only one key for all residents of room... it's very strange.

No WIFI in hostel, room is not so clean, no bathroom in the room, a little noise during the night.

There was no kitchen and there were few toilets available (common toilets for many people), and the price doesn't value what they offer.
