1. There are no sinks to wash ones hands next to the toilets that are shared by a whole floor, i.e. one toilet for 20 to 30 people. It is not correct. Hygenically disease transmitting. 2. Every shower that I tried did not work. One shower per floor (20 to 30) people. Cheap hostel trying to bank money....no real interest in basic human needs (not to mention rights) of guests who are People Persons. 3. in the event of fire a death trap.......................................

very expensive for such low standard. only 1 electric socket in room, not even 1 in bathroom. only 1 toilet in whole floor. everything falling apart and broken. for the shower you have to hold the knob all the time and after taking it, water was dripping everywhere so tle floor was wet al the time. no wi-fi. everyday you have to take all your luggage out of the room for 4 hours which is really annoying. i left 1 day early

Rooms are okay, showers are terrible, breakfast is free but pretty poor, no free internet/wifi, little to no character. Stay here if it is the last option or you need somewhere cheap to stay while you go through the tourist attractions. Otherwise avoid IMO.

This place is dirty, noisy and not safe at all. There is no space for nothing, nor inside the room, neither in the main (little) hall. People get in and get out of the building any time; you left your luggadge in an open room, plenty of humidity. I decided not to stay, to my own health and safe, and manager not only didn't refound, but yelled at me. Some times It's difficult to find somewhere in Paris. Consider this your last opition - if it wasn't cold, consider sleeping on the streets first...

The personal of the staff are really rude, like if you were receiving everything by free. The "kitchen" its close since 11 morning, they take of the microwave, and it supose to be in the "kitchen" until 12 pm, but at 11 pm, there are no micro and when we ask for it, the staff answer really bad, like that we could not use it. One day we goes out later, and some cleaning staff open the door with out knocking before, and then he shout us, like if we were just some home less.

There is only one key for each room, even though it is a four person room, so if you are not the first one you have to knock the doorof your room, or to wake up to open the door if you are inside. They give you another key once you have gone and knocked and no one has oppen. The place is rather small, and the bath rooms are not very good. Also during my stay I´ve seen two groups being their reservation denied I dont know the reason, just be carefull to arrive on time and to every thing right.

the place is ok for a hostel, don't expect anything else. the location is excellent, the staff very nice. i didn't like that it was closed so much time and forced you out at 11 everyday. i would have appreciated some lockers and more keys but in general ok, worth the money if you only go there to sleep :)

We arrived in the morning so we couldn't check in yet. We paid to reserve the room and went out exploring. The staff was extremely rude... EXTREMELY. The hostel was a hole in the wall and our "luggage room" was an UNLOCKED closet that anyone could get into if they wanted to. There was no space at all and we did not feel safe or anything. We ended up checking out and it was HELL trying to get our money back but we got two nights out of the three. DONT STAY HERE find a one star hotel. Much better.

Cleaness in rooms ok - sheets and bed ok. In bathrooms not so much. No free wifi. Acrtually, pretty expansive one. Breakfast is three coins for you choose in the machine: cold croissants or coffe (capuccino or so). It worths 1.60 pounds. Showers: bad, the worst ive been. you have to push to get water, and it begins too cold and end too hot. Never gets a nice temperature. I never tried to wash my hair there, it wouldnt be easy at all.

Front desk attendant told me wrong hostel booking policy so our reservation for the second night was cancelled. Instead of the rooms we reserved online, we ended up in different rooms and my bed was on the floor and took up all the floor space in the room.

They don't speak english well. Internet too expensive. And breakfast not the best. There are not lockers. And to rent the sheets you have to pay a lot, anyway not bad if you only want to sleep.

The staff was incredibly rude to us when we checked in as well as the groups we saw check in before us. I had to correct the staff 3 times on the price before it was confirmed and before i would allow them to swipe my card. Luggage storage is an old, wet, and smelly utility closet. No hot water in showers for at least 5 minutes, and a better system needs to be installed instead of the "push the button" method. How is anybody supposed to clean themselves like that?

There were bugs in our room and bathroom. Very dirty feeling and when we reported the issue the staff was not surprised or taken back about the bugs. They asked, 'oh, cockroaches?' and we had to beg to switch to another room since they would not let us cancel our last night, even under the unsanitary conditions.

Very nice staff and excellently located. A bit far away from the nightlife though, wouldn't recommend it to party people.

The staff were very rude. The receptionist was extremely unwelcoming. We were told that check in is after 3.30pm and no-one is allowed in the hostel between 11.00 and 3.30 pm. This makes it difficult to travel around the city carrying all your baggage. When asked to store luggage for longer on day of departure we were told it was a 'security risk'. We are not terrorists- we are backpackers. Very unfriendly and rude. I will avoid staying there again.

Staff only speak French, so if your French is not up to scratch, this is not the place for you. One key per room so you have to wake up to let people in, which is not fair for the poor people sleeping, and often people don't understand this rule and the key goes missing. Rooms closed for over 4 hours per day. No hot water in the showers. No sinks in the toilet so people don't wash their hands. Pillows and sheets are not changed between guests. No wifi. Computers are expensive. Will not be back!
