Unfortunately, this hostel has proved a terrible service, by charging me more than Hostelworld said I should pay (they reincluded the percentage already paid at boking), by changing my room two of the three nights I was there and by offering no security at all. There is one little toilette and one tiny shower for each floor (where there can be up to twenty people or so in full occupancy), the employees are rude and not willing to help gests. And breakfast is not a real one. Avoid this place.

It wouldn't kill the staff to be more friendly. Each room had one key between for beds so not that secure. No personal lockers.

This hostel is sufficient at best. It's close to Gare de Lyon, but we found there were basically no amenities or real character. It was just a bed and a shower really. And I saw rats outside the hostel, so it was pretty dirty.

Dirty bathroom, push button system on shower had to be pressed several times before water became bearable, bed broken in several places, The curtain rail fell on me when i attempted to open the window, there is one plug socket between everyone in the room, there is no WiFi, Staff were Ok but not as freindly as stated in other reveiws. The atmosphere was uninviting, No security in rooms for valuables, 1 key per room. I have seen cheaper hostels better value for money. The location was good.

This is the worst hostel I have stayed in! It is dirty, very expensive, no warm water, rude personnel and no wifi! Do not stay here. This hostel is a dump!

Overall I enjoyed my time in Paris, but on arrival to the hostel we were told that we were late for our arrival time and that our room could have been given away which I felt was unfair when we had already paid a deposit on the room. And the particular staff that was on that day tried to charge me more for the room then deemed on my email so I would watch that, he was also incrediably rude to me and all my friends.

This place is really awful, we stayed here because it was the best value/money option available. You cannot drink nowhere in the hostel, plus they treat you like if they where dealing with school kids...it felt more like a under age boarding school. seriously, avoid this place

I had to stay out of the hostel with my bags until the checo in, the recepcionista wasnt kind enough to tell me to leave the bags there. The hostel common place had a tv which was stuck in a 80s french music channel which was depressing. There wasnt wifi, they charge 2 euros half an hour, and the pcs are very slow, you don get the chance to do a thing. Breakfast is very poor. They would make you leave the common área at 12, me and 10 more people had to go to bed because we were kicked out.

The rooms were good. The loction was also in the center of the city. But the bed sheets were not washed. There was no facility for lockers.

It was nice to get a four bedroom private with sink and shower in the room; however, the shower had absolutely no hot water and it was more comfortable bathing out of the sink. Still if you are low budget and can skip a shower day, it has an excellent location next to Gare de Lyon

The best thing about this place is location. Very convenenient and quite safe. The conditions are so so, but taking into consideration the price, it is a good deal. Another good thing is that we were lucky to get 3 placed appartment even though we booked 5 placed.

need free WIFI please! its my second time here and I have to go walk all the way to Bastille to get free WIFI in a Starbucks. I wish I dont have to pay extra for everything, apart from free petit-dejeuner the rest is plain and okay I guess no complaints. the staff is sometimes quite moody. near to Gare de Lyon so thats a plus.

1 toilet for each floor, no wifi, 1 electricity extention in every room, insects in the toilet, u must leave your room between 11am and 3pm and they are not responsable of your things so you must take all your things with you everyday when you leave the room, 1 key for every room knowing that in every room there is 4 persons... But with a price of 12 euro per night its impossible to find better place...

The hostel turned out better than expected from what was read on the other reviews. We originally booked a 5 bed for 2 girls and 1 guy, but the owner was nice enough to give as a private 3 bed! Good value for money, the breakfast is decent, area decently clean, although sometimes the showers don't have hot water.

There was only only plug in the room for charging your phone or styling your hair etcetera. Furthermore, the breakfast consisted of one chocolatebun and one croissant and a coffee or tea.

There is absolutely no free internet at this hostel. Although the website does not say that you have to pay for it. We had to walk to the train station and sit in the cold in order to get free wifi. I was in a 4 bed female dorm and they only give one key per room, which sometimes made things awkward since I didn't know the girls. Also "breakfast" is a croissant from a machine and coffee from a machine. Not enough to fill anyone up. We had our own bathroom, but one shower per floor in the hall.
