It would be nice if there was a vending machine. It was a hassle looking for somewhere nearby to purchase a drink after hours.

Poor internet Something keeps making noise, perhaps the heat machine, didn't sleep well

The perfect place to stay whilst in Buffalo

The hostel is great! I really love the quietness and cleanliness of the room. It is great that we only have 8 people in each room. I stayed in several other hostels having over 20 peopl with me and that is annoying to a person enjoys quietness and privacy. And I like the color in the room, it makes me feel cozy and calm. And the staff is extreamely helpful, thanks for letting me find the tour guide booklet and the schedule of the bus! The location and price is great too. I'll stay here again!

Super friendly staff, helpful and only great. Nice rooms and clean. We booked a 12 bed mixed room and got a 8 bed room. The first 2 days we had the room for our own. We would stay there again.

Everything was excellent. except for Heating. Heating was not working properly and i the place was not warm and cozy enough. TV could have Cable and a DVD player rather than a VCR/Tape player.

I was hoping to find a safer area to place my suitcase. The lockers are very convenient but where should I store luggage?

Great hostel. Unfortunately I was in November and there were not too many people, but the place is really nice

The staff working at the front desk are very friendly and patient. I was given very helpful information. Prepared everything before I arrived at the hostel. Very safe. The code of the front gate changed every day.

Very pleased with the hostel overall. Only complaint is that the reception is unstaffed from 10:30 to 5pm, which makes checking in inconvenient (also unstaffed later at night). My other complaint is that you need a code to enter the building, which should make the place very secure -- but i was given the wrong code, which meant I had to stay outside past 1am waiting until another person staying at the hostel came with the right code. It was not safe at all!! Be sure to double-check.

The hostel was clean and cheery, with a helpful and friendly staff. Bathrooms were impressively clean, but pillows were a bit sketchy (though the sheets and pillow cases seemed to very clean). Great place to go if you're on a budget and need a place to stay.

To stay in the hostel was really good time. It's verry comfortable to catch a bus to Niagara Falls!

It's been a very nice experience staying at hostel Buffalo Niagra. I met new people from all around the world. The staff are very friendly and helpful, they are what makes this place special ..I would recommend the place to anyone who wants to visit Buffalo/Niagra falls

It was a great a place to stay, to be honest, it was the best hostel of all the hostels I stood at this summer, there was a lot of space everywhere, staff was kind a everytime prepared to help, the common room and the kitchen were huge, there was simply a plenty of space for everybody. Location was perfect and in comparison with the price, this hostel was cheap. I was very surprised and very glad that I choose this hostel.

it is a very nice place, the location is great, the price is great and the hostel is very clean and cozy. one of the best hostel i've ever been.

There was no one at front desk to help in check in even during the regular office hours (5:30PM-10:PM). Room was overbooked. Not got any fresh linen....
