Hostel Buffalo Niagara Reviews

Breakfast was a bit poor. There was only coffee and hot water, but nothing to eat.

This is the best hostel I have ever lived. A nice historic building and very friendly staff. I cant help missing this hostel when I was leaving Buffalo. The kitchen and the lounge are designed well which let you feel like at home. Of course the free coffee and tea are very helpful for you when you have nothing to do and need a rest in the cold days. Thanks Buffalo hostel, giving me a pretty unforgettable experience.

I understand that budget accommodation is budget for a reason but this hostel was just awful. Our key card stopped working so we got locked out of our room outside of office hours, no money, ID, or even shoes, and there was not a single contact number for any of the staff in the entire place (other than the office phone which was completely pointless because no one was there). It was four hours before a staff member showed up. As a side note, most of the dishes in the kitchen were filthy.

The hostel was nice, comfy and clean. I had a problem one day with my magnetic card to enter my room, it wasn't working anymore in the middle of the day. I couldn't enter my room and I couldn't leave the hostel because then I wouldn't be able to re-enter it. The poor desk hours got my stuck in the hostel waiting until 5pm that somebody finally arrives to help me...That was bad. Except that, it was good.

Right in the middle of bar street in front of the shea`s theater, could not be better located !
