I thought it was okay, but I've stayed at better. It's well-located if you're interested in the Venice/Santa Monica aspect of things. Staff were friendly and helpful. Not the cleanest of hostels, but hey, it wasn't expensive so can't expect much! Near Lincoln Blvd where traffic is rather noisy so not suggested for light sleepers.I thought it was okay, but I've stayed at better. 30 Bed dorm is very good value. It's about a 20 minute walk from venice beach, which is a really nice area.
I couldnt see any directions so.......
From LAX take the bus to carpark C.
Then take bus R3 from bay 12 and ask the driver to stop at corner of Lincon and Venice.
From Union station take bus 330 or 33. Get off at corner of Lincon and Venice.
The hostel is just behind the big blue car wash sign 30 Bed dorm is very good value. It's about a 20 minute walk from venice beach, which is a really nice area.

This hostel is very basic and quite shoddy but definitely not to be avoided! Its cheap and its in a good location to venice beach and is easily accessible on major bus routes. Not much of a party atmosphere but we did get talking to people whilst sat outside in the evenings which was good. We booked to go into the 30 bed dorm but we were put in a 6 bed dorm for the same price which was good of them. Would not stay here again. Staff unhelpful, its dirty and a good hour plus bus away from hollywood and LA city. Free parking was the only good thing about this place.
