1. The real price is higher then showed on this site. For dorms it's double price. They tell you 'taxes are not included' but it seems like cheating. They say it and charge extra money for EACH guest. 2. Wi-fi doesn't work in the room. You have to seat on the cold marble floor or stears...

Group of 5, one of the team asked the reception if we could take a taxi in midnight because our flight left very early, but we did not, instead went out to bars, when we came back the bed was already sold the bed to someone else, the staff was asking us why were we complaining if we were only going to sleep two ours, their solution was to wake the girls up and take them to another room, but that is not what we paid for.

Perfect for backpackers, so cheap and not a gross place. However, no party atmosphere at all. Close to subways to get into main hub, and surrounding areas not bad to go grab a meal, just not for sightseeing. Has a fine kitchen, but common room closes early. Solid wifi. Bottom line, for a place so cheap, it makes sense.

You have to pay in advance but they are not able to return small change. The bedsheets are 2.40 per day but you get just 1 sheet for all days and a single blanket without a sheet inside. I felt mislead as I only found out later that I had to pay extra for the bedsheets and a euro extra for the same towel. EVERY DAY! Suppose I stay one month, I pay 30 euros for the same towel and 75 euro for the same single bedsheet. The staff smokes in the kitchen. Enjoy your meal :-(

Worst hostel I've ever experienced. Based on “no show policy", they can charge the rate for the first night. But they charged me two nights. I emailed them three weeks ago, they haven't had any response, no email, no call or anything else. I don't think they have any intention to deal with that. They totally ignored their fault. So terrible and unprofessional attitude, no doubt their overall rating is so low. I don't think anyone should take risk to stay there. Good luck guys!

Just don't. The hostel was terrible, very dirty, one shower for about 20 people, and very unsecure. Supposed to stay 2 nights, they overcharged on the city tax, took about 2 hours to check us in, then told us they didn't have beds for us the next night, as they had overbooked. Talking to other guests at least 10 people had to move. Both dorms were accessed through the same door, so people were constantly walking through my dorm to get to their own. Bathrooms were filthy and the staff no help.

Out of hundreds, this is one of the worst hostels I have seen : 15 bed dorm (!) with one bathroom (!!), no common room, no kitchen, no balcony, no toilet paper, broken shower.... the list goes on and on... But it was the Salone de Design, so they take advantage of the situation.

A pleasant stay, overall. Good price, helpful staff and reasonably clean rooms. Only downside was the ensuite shower which was tiny and leaky, resulting in a pool of water on the bathroom floor after a few persons had showered.

Not to close to the center of city but you can walk to metro. Has a kitchen available and a grocery store within walking distance.

Unbelieveably old and uncomfortable hostel. The room was ok, but the toilet was the worst I've ever seen! Staff wasn't dynamic at all. Very bad wifi system, almost never working outside a small area close to tge reception.

The room was actually nicer than I was expecting however the ceiling was so low in the bathroom the shower was nearly unusable. Staff wasn't the most helpful or cheerful.

It is not a bad place to stay for night or two but the rooms are not locked. Moreover they take extra money as a tourist tax. Anyway it is the cheapest place in Milan.

I certainly had a good time at the hostel. The staff was very knowledgeable and accommodating. It certainly served my purpose. The truth is that during the four days I was there, I felt as if I had a home away from home.
