The worst hostel I have stayed in my life. And I have stayed in more than 100 hostels all over the world. First... staff is rude and mean. They charge just as much as they want according if they like your face or not. They charged me 15 for a sat and the same for the Sunday but when I said I wanted to stay the Monday too they asked for 25 and when I asked why they simply said "or take it or leave it". Bathroom is never cleaned. Other guests were smoking in the room but staff never did about it

Good hostel for one night stay. Thought it was going to be terrible from the reviews but it was actually fine. Had a great bunch of people in our room, it wasn't too hot with the fan on and we felt safe leaving our bags there.

Look.. it's the cheapest place in town. Sure sometimes there wasn't any toilet paper. Sure a couple of times I nearly flooded the bathroom because the drain barely worked. Sure it's a 10min walk to the metro. But it was still a great time. I met some really nice people. There's a supermarket 2mins away. But yeah, keep in mind the not included linen fees and local taxes. Also the fact the kitchen (the only common area with chairs) closes at 11pm reeeeeeeeally sucks.

The guys at the staff gave me a very bad support as other Hostels usually does. It was crazy hot at rooms. Poor experience. The locaton is not that bad. The kitchen and the living room is ok.

The room is very hot, I can barely sleep. Would be great if equipped with aircon. Not so many bathroom, usually there's a long queue and may take 30-40mins for your turn. The bed is quite comfortable and clean, clean bathroom. Solo traveler, stay for one night.

The hostel is located in a rather shady area, and The storage facilities aren't impressive. Also you will at least be charged 4.1 Euro/night extra per person, because of city tax and bed linen. They overcharged us at first (about 25%), and refused to give us the receipt before departure... We had to convince them with very basic math that they had miscalculated after we had payed. It was like they knew already, but just tried to hustle us if we didn't notice it

I can not believe how are that people can direct an establishment directed to the public. Rude people, no help at all inside the hostel or about tourist info. Bad beds and toilets very dirty. Also they will cheat in the price charging you an extra fee called “taxes”. Bad area so far for everything. Absolutely not recommend this awful hostel.

Best Hostel have ever been , amazing staff makes a welcome and special drink on the check-in and offered a dinner for everyone where you can meet a lot of people from everywhere. Really very good

Only stayed a couple of nights. Spent a total of 8 hours in it. Great as a cheap base to go out and do other things. Atmosphere was dead, beds where comfortable.

Suddenly there were additional cost for bed lines (2.40 per person per night), which was obligatory. The room was very warm, only two vans for 12 persons, not enough for a hot summer night.

If you are going to stay here because you are on a budget, don't be worried by the comments! If you've ever stayed in a proper hostel before, this is exactly what you'd expect. The people with terrible reviews must have VERY high expectations. It's less than an hour walk to the very centre of Milan. Common area closes at a decent hour and after that it's very quiet and easy to sleep. Beds are decent. All in all you get what you pay for. Worst negative: half the room had no electrical outlets.

The location was not that good. We made a mistake on the reservation, so they wanted to overcharge us (2 bedrooms for 1 night, when we would only use one). Kitchen not that bad, cleanliness not bad.

The lockers to keep your stuff only for tiny locks, not regular sized.
