We really appreciated that they let us check in early after an overnight bus ride. Thank you!

Hard to find but right around the corner from Bella Vista patio, the heart of Santiago night life. Great location.

Breakfast could be improved. We had fruit just one day of the stay. Bread was good when it was fresh but not always fresh. Reception staff was very helpful.

Globally very good hotel. Ideally situated in a quiet street of Bellavista, so quiet nights to sleep ! We have appreciated the 2nd floor room with terrace, and the architectural design enhancing light

A good base in Santiago, the beds and rooms are really thought out, the little niche by each bed with power socket and personal light is very appreciated. And the living space is nice, clean and inviting. The toilets were clean but somehow not as thought through as the rest of the property, the shared bathroom had 2 (out of 3) doors that wouldn't lock, and there's a shortage of hooks and places to hang your clothes whilst showering.

Consider having fans in the room to keep cool at night because it is so loud outside at all hours of night and I didnt want to open my window because of the noise.

Very nice hostel and atmosphere. Friendly staff. In the middle of the Bellavista neighbourhood but still on a quiet spot; which we enjoyed a lot and felt like the best location in Santiago.

I missed cheese, eggs, cake, juice and fruits in the breakfast. But, as far as I know, the majority of hostels in Chile and Argentina doesn't offer any of them. It's a pitty, because in Brazil we make sure we have most of these things for breakfast.

One of the best hostels I've ever stayed in! Dorms were clean, well layed out with a power point and lamp to each bed. Facilities and common areas were new and clean. Quiet location in Bellavista. Breakfasts were great! All the staff were so friendly and helpful! We loved our stay here and in Santiago.

I was a little disappointed with my room which was supposed to be a double deluxe ensuite. The bed was very comfortable but bathroom was tiny, no real soap provided, and for the first day I only had one small towel (I think they were waiting for the laundry to come back). Very helpful staff. Breakfasts OK, and good that tea/coffee available 24 hours.
