The hostel itself is in a great location in San Telmo, right next to a great bar (El Federal). We stayed in a private room and these are really cool as they are in a seperate apartment building from the actual hostel, they are very nice. The AC is great for the humidity of BA. The staff were really helpful too. The only downside was that we stayed for a week and our double room didnt get cleaned once, resulting in a really grimy floor and a full bin. stayed at the annexx in a double room. It was GORGEOUS and had a lovely patio overlooking th street. very clean and looks new. really close to plaza dorrego which is a funy place to go to. didnīt go to the hostel itself but loved our little annex. would definately stay againstayed at the annexx in a double room. We were in a double room in the annexe from the main hostel and it was great. Clean and quiet, with really good shared bathrooms. This place had amazing character and the location is fantastic. We stayed in a private room which for some silly reason you can only pay for in cash, but they are quite good if you dont have the cash with you on check in. you can pay later. would happily go back here!!!!This place had amazing character and the location is fantastic. good place to stay if you already know people in Buenos Aires. If you don't know anyone don't stay here. There is a big no smoking sing in the common area, yet not only do visitors smoke, staff smokes too which makes it very annoying and unlealthy to non smokers.
