Too bad there weren't many people at the hostel, because this was honestly the best hostel I've stayed at. Dorms are big, with lockers and fans for every bed, clean bathrooms. A roofterrace, swimming pool, hammocks, tv room with tons of movies, two fully (they have everything you need) equipped kitchens and a great hostel owner called Carlos, who made us popcorn and brought us to the busstation. What more could you wish for in a hostel?
An excellent hostel- easy to walk just about anywhere you need and busses for the few places you can't walk. Friendky, helpful staff and great rooms (with good matteesses!). Only negative was the fact that it was nearly empty, but that has been par for the course on this trip
the best hostel on planet earth. kitchen with every possible utensil you can think of, modern, huge, even Gordon Ramsey would want to cook there! amazing terrace and common place, very clean! rooms big with ventilator above each bed, place to wash your clothes, free maps, coffee, lots of information about everything, movie room+millions of other stuff. and for the end.. The owner is really nice and fun to talk to, with other travelers from all over the world this place wraps it up!150%
This is the best hostel we have stayed at in 7 months of travel around Latin America. The facilities are beautiful, the pool is awesome, the kitchen is better equipped than our own one at home and everything works! The rooms are big and the beds are comfy. There is so much information to help you travel in and out of Santa Ana and the owner is the best one we have come across. He genuinely seems to love people and goes out of his way to make us happy and enjoy our stay. He makes this hostel!!
Casa Verde is one of the best hostels I've ever visited. Amazing hostel, with all the facilities you can possibly want, including two incredible fully-equipped kitchens and a super swimming pool. Everything has been carefully thought out here and it shows. Also, the staff loves meeting and helping the guests. And the guests themselves are from the more mature type, which gives the hostel a cool atmosphere. Really, this place is awesome in every way. A mandatory stop in Santa Ana.
