I had booked online a double bed for a nice week-end with my husband and we arrived at the hotel to discover that we would sleep in dormitories. I had made sure that I called beforehand to check on my reservation and had the staff let me know at this time I could have found something else but as I discovered it at 1AM there was nothing I could do. When I showed my discontentment to the staff and said I would report the behaviour on HW.com, I was told I was no longer registered for dorms either.
