The decor is very quirky, which is good if you like that stuff. We got the big twin room which was massive Cold showers :( Great location

My staying there was ok. the only bad point i find there is that there is just one bathroom for women and one for men. So....sometimes we have to wait till the person finishes using it.

I was so lucky that at that time festival in Guanajuato and also they gave me the room I only stayed there. But Just one thing it's written in English on hostelbooker site, I wanted some English speaker.

The hostel is not so clean, people are noisy, we could sleep as well as we wanted. We payed for a dorm with just girls and at the end, there were boys too. When we arrived there, they did no which were our dorm..

Got moved to another hostel which was terrible, did not get the private bathroom we booked. Only stayed 1 night after booking 3 nights. Happy to be out of the place!

The hostel is in a charming old building next to the university. The staff are really friendly, and even if they don't have a good command of English they strive to understand the lodger's needs. That being said there is only 1 female bathroom and 1 male bathroom between the whole place, and even though it didn't affect me as the hostel was quite empty, it might affect others. However, at this price this hostel is great value.
