Great hostel, good location. Breakfast only ok though no fruit! sometimes a little noisy as rooms around central courtyard but lovely building and good rooms.

This is an excellent hostel! The rooms are very clean, beds are comfortable, and showers are great! It's located extremely close to the zocalo and in walking distance to a lot of sights. The staff is extraordinarily friendly and helpful--they will tell you anything you need to know and will help you get there! I would highly recommend this hostel to anyone looking for accommodation in Puebla.

Stayed in a double bed private. Staff was very friendly and accommodating, the hostel is very close to the Zocalo (maybe 2-3 blocks?), and rooms are good sized and have great showers. Not a lot to do at the hostel itself, but lots close by.

This hostel was a short walk to the Zocolo and the sights of Puebla. Helpful staff gave advice with a smile! Overall a comfortable place to stay with nice courtyard area.

We stayed for 2 nights in 2 Dbl Bed Private Rooms, very clean, with private bathroom and hot water. Awesome rooms at an awesome location (two blocks from main square), for an awesome price!

Almost everything went perfect. The staff manager is great and very kind, but there is one member of the staff who didn't behave with the same level of kindness.

Hotel was under renovation, so no one staying there except us. Hotel location is great, you can see it got the potential but while we were staying wasn't good...plane cereal breakfast. Last day we had no water.

Highly recommend. More like a hotel than a hostel. Marco is very friendly and helpful with things to see and do.

The thing that I most liked was the location. You can go in a 5 minutos wal to the Zocalo and museums around the city center. I just stayed for one night at the hostel. I had to wait 30 minutes to have hot water, but it seems to be a normal thing in Mexico. I was glad not to have to climb stairs, as my suitcase was very heavy. The staff help me with maps and telling me how to go to Cholula by bus as I didn't had time to go on the tours.

The staff at Casona Poblana were fantastic! So kind and helpful throughout my entire stay. My only complaint is with the hostel itself. It's in a wonderful location, and a beautiful building...balconies, large rooms, pretty courtyard, but the rooms themselves are so barren. I kind of felt like I was in a dungeon at times. I think some brighter lights and maybe a little paint job would brighten things up a bit!

Really enjoyed my stay here. The owner was very helpful and friendly. Good location near the zocalo. Not very busy hostel but good atmosphere. Nice if you like a quiet comfy bed. Would recommend.

This little gem was far better than we had expected for the price. After a week in Mexico City, this place was far better than anywhere we stayed there for about the same price. The staff were friendly and helpful, with good english to boot. Convenient location and the room (private double) was full hotel standard, complete with private bathroom. Highly recommended

The rooms are very clean and simple and the owner was very helpful with answering our questions (speaks english also). The center courtyard space was very nice and there were computers with internet available at all times. In the mornings we were served cereal, toast, coffee and juice. A very calm and quiet place to stay that was still very close to the zocalo and walking distance to everything. Would stay here again.

Good hostel in central in puebla. Very nice and helpful staff that made our day walking around puebla great. If street noise bothers you, ask for a room on the 2nd floor and away froom the street.

The hostel is located in a very nice colonial house. There wasn't many ppl when I was there, but the facilities are perfect. Very comfortable beds, good toilets, and very very clean. I'd stay there for sure if back in Puebla!
