I had a fantastic time here. The staff are great always getting you out and also keeping it cheap. If you stay anywhere else then your pretty stupid.

Great location at the Strip but not very clean. The Price was excellent so it is up to you if you pay more for more comfort.

Had a great stay in hostel cat these last days. It's a very nice place with a great patio, clean rooms, and super friendly staff. The dinners are excellent and cheap! The limo night out is a must :-)

I did not feel safe walking alone at night in the area, but I liked the staff and there were lots of social activities one could participate in! I really enjoyed my stay at Hostel Cat :)

The location is quite isolated and scary when walking at night. The atmosphere is messy, feel like staying at illegal immigrant camp. However, with the passcode doorlock, the security there is really good.

This is the place to go if you're in Vegas and can't afford Ceasars Palace. Good Parties, awesome staff, social activities, free parking, tons of new friends. To just name a few pros. The hostel is clean (they clean every day), they've got good security and the location is good considering the price. Buy a 24h Bus ticket for 3 days (wich you would need anyway, the strip is long) and take the bus right outside the front door.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hostel, cheap, clean, events every night which guests and staff all go to/join in with. The staff are really cool. Massive outside area with a big table that everyone congregates around. Great for solo travelers as its very easy to have fun and make friends here. Don't stay here if you don't want to party because this is a party hostel, but why would you come to Vegas if you don't want to party?

Great cheap hostel for a weekend stay, a long walk from the strip but close to the bus. Lots of people to have a drink with, and go out on the town with if you are keen.

Such a good hostel. We loved the atmosphere. The staff were really friendly and helpful. We had some great nights out (you've gotta do the limo ride/club crawl- it was amazing!) Security is very good, we always felt us and our stuff was always safe. We were expecting not to be able to sleep as it has been said to be a 'party hostel' on other reviews, but generally it goes quiet after 11, so we had no problem. If your looking for a cheap and nice place to stay in Vegas, I would recommend.

Everything that was possible to do, was done! I had help with an IT problem, the staff was patient and friendly, and being an old security guy (in town for a convention) I was not-at-all the subject of raised eyebrows :-) Your inexpensive accomodations have made my trips to Vegas possible - and I look forward to seeing you all again next year!

It was a rude shock to find that hostel management took food out of the fridge and kept it for themselves. Though we have to mark our food, they did not bother to send an email or sms to all residents (they have this info) and remind everyone to mark their food b4 they clean out the fridge. They tossed food I had cooked the previous day, took my bread, juice, rice and milk. Extremely rude and shocking I paid for that stuff. It is grand theft to take people's food. Send emails and sms. Think !!!
