It is definitely a party hostel, so if you want a decent night sleep, this is not the place. The music in the hostel bars don't stop playing til 1am. Thank you Tania and the rest of the HC staff! Pros: Central location, clean rooms & building, very safe, nice breakfast, roof terrace overlooking zocalo. Cons: Super loud(bring ear plugs), any of the tours need at least 5 people otherwise they are canceled. This was a huge inconvenience! Mexico City is amazing! This is a must:Teotihucan pyramids and the Museum of Anthropology!Try an agua fresco drink! Argentinian Reiki bud drop me an e-mail: samadi03@msn.com. Although itīs a little loud when trying to get an early night, you must remember that this is very much a party hostel. You will always find fun things to do and great people to do it with.
The staff are relaxed, friendly and willing to help you with whatever problem you might have.
The dinner isnīt much to fill the stomach however, so plan something bigger for food.
My safety was not questioned, nor loss of my belongings, with sucurity guards and proper electronic swipe cards.Although itīs a little loud when trying to get an early night, you must remember that this is very much a party hostel. Liked the hostel, especially the terrace on the 5th floor overlooking the zocalo. The only problem was got woken up at 5.30am every morning by other roommates (which cant be helped). Good place, cheap with breakfast and dinner!! I didn't have any problem with the noise though there were a lot of comments about it. Thought it was especially a good place to stay for ppl staying in Mexico for the first time. An easy to get around place!Good place, cheap with breakfast and dinner!!
