The place is great but noisy at night. There was only txo shower for all the girls at my floor so it is not so clean when so many people use it... We got a free breakfast for the day of our arrival. Faclities are good as you have a restaurant and a bar in the hostel and some events organized.

Very near the train/bus station. Only about 5 to 10 minute to the centre. The light in the room is a bit dark, but it's not problem. Another thing is that there is wifi only on the ground floor... But still, for its price, I think hostel celica is really good!

The hostel is unique in its appearances and furnishing. It is a cool place to hang out! I booked a 7-pax dorm but due to non-peak season and that they were painting the dorm, I was offered a 2-pax prison cell that was way-cool! It is near to the bus and train station as well although slightly away from old town - but that is alright for me.

It was an alright hostel. It was a short walk from the station, then another short walk into the town centre. It was fun that it was a former gaol, which gave it some character. However, the cleanliness was an issue. I was give clean sheets to make my bed with, but there were black hairs over them. The bathroom also had lots of long dark hairs, which was strange because I'm a blonde and the other 3 guests were males. I asked for the bathroom to be cleaned again but a poor job was done

Went a little before Christmas, so the place was quiet. I could see this being a really fun hostel though during busier times of the year. Had a lot of common space and activities planned for many of the nights.

Great hostel! Stayed only for 1 night in a twin-bed room so we didn't use the facilities much, but what we saw looked pretty good. 2min from the train station and 5-10min to the center, awesome location! Shared bathrooms etremely clean, no problem to share. The room was really like a prison cell, great idea how to use the space! To get into bed you have to climb ladders which are pretty thin and it's a problem if you climb barefooted. But that's just the prison style! :) Would highly recommend!

One of the best hostels I've stayed in. Amazing atmosphere, genuinely lovely staff who went out of their way to help me out, beautiful and comfortable common areas/bar and elegant, cosy rooms. Not sure about staying there on a weekend since I can imagine that Metelkova nearby can get pretty noisy, but if you're into partying late and hard then stay there on a Saturday night, and if you want a nice quiet holiday in a beautiful place then go during the week.
